It is situated in the quiet and peaceful residential area of La Perla , within walking distance of the pretty village of Arboleas with all amenities and close to the town of Albox . Being nestled in the heart of the beautiful Almanzora Valley makes it an ideal location for walking , cycling and exploring the area. The beaches of Vera Playa, Puerta Ray and Garucha are within 25 minutes drive and Mojacar Playa 35 minutes.

The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. Casa Los Chicos is situated at the lower end of the Almanzora Valley surrounded by Olive, Orange and Lemon groves affording stunning views of the area, but still only minutes away from the convenience of the A7/E15 Autovia. The house is immersed in the tranquillity of the Andalucian countryside in a small hamlet with plenty of walks available, the sound of birdsong and a fantastic view of the stars after sunset. The owners live on the premises together with their three pet dogs and four cats.
