Posto molto carino e confortevole, con un balcone che dà sul lago, con una splendida atmosfera dove ci si può rilassare mentre gli interni impeccabili, tutto in ordine e facilmente accessibile, la comunicazione con Paolo è stata sembre veloce e diretta, è stta un'ottima esperienza che consiglio a chiunque voglia visitare questo posto.

Olympia and her husband were very helpful and extremely friendly, they advised on transport into the city and local restaurants. Location was perfect for our requirements as don't like to be in busy area. Apartment had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable and shower had great water pressure.

Alloggio lindo e ben attrezzato, arredato con semplicità e gusto; bagno e doccia in tutte e tre le camere e zona pasto piccola ma ben attrezzata anche per pranzare in quanti eravamo, cioè in 5. Host reattivo quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di aiuto. Dintorni tranquilli, anche se non particolarmente attraenti, ma con stazione metro e fermate bus vicine e comode.

This apartment is a great place to stay for those looking for an affordable place outside of Rome and right next to the beach. The train station is easily accessible and convenient. The apartment was in excellent condition when we checked in and enjoyed our whole stay. I would recommend Pierpaolo’s place to other fellow travelers.

My husband, adult daughter and myself cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Cristiana‘s place! First off Cristiana and Rafaelle are just amazing model super hosts. So easy to communicate with, very accommodating, and helpful right from the beginning to the end of our stay. Transportation to and from the airport was appreciated, especially carrying our baggage up and down the few flights of stairs. We had an early flight in to Fumicino, and we were really appreciative of being able to check in early after a 12 hour flight. There are local stores, eateries, and bus transportation right outside the door. A really nice Port city town that is only a 10 minute drive from the FFO airport Christiana‘s place is immaculately clean and so comfortable. She provided us with some wonderful snacks and beverage.We slept so well on the comfortable beds. I promise you you will want for nothing if you stay here.

Fin dal primo contatto si è dimostrato disponibile e pronto a intervenire per qualsiasi evenienza, facendoci sentire accolti e a nostro agio. La location è situata in una zona tranquilla e confortevole, a due passi dall’EUR, ben collegata e servita da tutti i principali servizi. Un’ottima scelta sia per chi viaggia per lavoro che per turismo. Consigliatissimo!

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé .Simonetta et son fils sont extrêmement dévoués et disponibles à la moindre demande.Le logement est très propre et parfaitement conforme au descriptif. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez des amis et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Kristina per un weekend tra amici ed è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. La casa è spaziosa, bellissima e dotata di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno: non è mancato assolutamente nulla. La vista è semplicemente stupenda, ci ha accompagnati in ogni momento della giornata rendendo il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Un ringraziamento particolare va anche ai vicini, Luigi e Ivana, persone gentilissime e accoglienti che ci hanno fatto sentire davvero i benvenuti. Kristina è stata super disponibile e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Roberto is a wonderful host that goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. He was very responsive and helpful. He is very friendly and warm. The home is exactly as described. It has many amenities that make even a long stay comfortable. The home is spacious and can certainly host a family. The kitchen is well-equipped if you'd like to make your own meals The home is situated in a very charming square and only steps from the main square of Castel Gandolfo. Castel Gandolfo is a very beautiful and charming town. I highly recommend this airbnb if you are in the area.

La perfection n'est pas de ce mode mais se sentir à l'aise comme à la maison et cela dès le debut est plus qu'important. En plus, le quartier est très convivial, l'acces à la plage ultra facile, acces pour voyager... deux pas de la maison. Restaurants, boutiques, epiceries diverses, taxis ... tout est à portée de la main. Terrasse agreable bref ... òn est comme à la maison' et si une question surgit, Marco vous répondra et parfois même il aura la bonne idée d'une suggestion telle qu'une pâtisserie locale d'excellentes qualité.

L'appartement est bien situé à la limite d'Anzio et de Nettuno donc facile de se rendre à ces deux destinations à pied. De la maison, bel accès à la mer tout près. On peut même y entendre le bruit des vagues. Appartement superbe avec magnifique terrasse et de belles vues sur la mer; l'ameublement extérieur est très confortable. La petite rue est tranquille ainsi que le quartier. L'appartement est très confortable, bien rénové et chaleureux. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour d'une vingtaine de jours. Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr.

Gli spazi interni non molto grandi potrebbero essere un po' limitanti in caso di mal tempo, ma il terrazzo è la vasca valgono completamente il prezzo dell'alloggio. host disponibile e preciso, sicuramente consigliato!

Ho soggiornato da Francesca per una notte, casa molto accogliente, moderna, pulita e ordinata. Quando dormo fuori di solito porto le mie lenzuola, ma questa volta le avevo dimenticate 😔

A wonderful stay! The hot tub and steam bath were just perfect after a long day. Everything was as described, and the host, Michele, was very kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

The host ensured that we had a comfortable stay and extremely pleasant stay at his place. Daria not only gave us clear instructions to seamlessly reach her place but also came to greet us and let us check-in before the scheduled hours. The host gave important tips for commuteing in Rome which made us to optimumly utilise our stay at Rome in visiting the important tourist attractions. Daria also was helpful in arranging an NCC to drop us at Fimiciano Airport for our flight out of Rome. Daria is a great host and if we ever visit Rome again then we will repeat our stay at her place which is a spick and span house located in a very peaceful location with all amenities including a peaceful and private small garden on the rear of the house

It was so nice to be met by the host’s wife. The apartment was a block from the beach. Very quiet(off season). Lots of cafes and restaurants very close by. 2 grocery stores were about 20 minute walk. The vintage 1930’s decor-shuttered windows and tile floors were beautiful. We stayed here 3 nights before a cruise. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was very modern with very secure doors and windows. Giuseppe was an extremely attentive host and very clear and reasonable about his expectations of your behavior while staying in his place. It was more in the country than downtown but the city attractions were easy enough to get to by public transport, or by car if you are use to driving on italian streets. We would definitely stay here again if we ever made it back to Rome.
