This place was very nice and clean. Right on the beach. They responded very quick if you have any questions. We got there early and was able to get in the place early which they don’t have to let you in until 4 . 100% recommend. I will rent this place agin.

Andrew's place was exactly as described and a perfect place to enjoy the beach. No need to travel far. Everything is close. Don't recommend the drinks at the Tiki bar, but it's a cool place. I thought the room was bigger than looked in the pics. Thank you Andrew!!

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

Logement conforme à la description. Très bien situé. Gabriel met à la disposition des locataires le linge de maison, les draps, serviettes de bain et de plage, chaises de plage, parasol, raquettes de tennis, etc... Service de parking très pratique. Arrêt de Trolley juste en bas de la résidence qui permet un accès en 20 minutes au centre-ville. Service gratuit. Je recommande ce logement!

This place was amazing to stay at! Our group had an amazing time. Everything around the place was close enough to walk and the beach was within a minute walk as well. I recommend everyone to stay at this place if you are considering it!

My dealings with Homestakes was excellent. They were extremely responsive and every time I had a question, they were there to help. I would definitely go through them again.

We had an amazing week at Barry’s place. It was clean and comfortable . Barry thought of everything ! The location is perfect with the beach , pool and tiki bar are all perfect to have on site . The resort staff were all very nice and helpful. Valet parking was a breeze. We enjoyed sitting on the patio each morning and night and enjoying watching the ocean and beach activity. Lauderdale By The Sea is a short walk with so much to offer . I cannot say enough about my stay at Barry’s place ! OH, And having Judy available at arrival was a big plus; she showed us everything and helped us bring in our groceries too!

We had a wonderful stay at Zees place . The view is to die for sitting in the balcony for hours was a delight . The condo is very well equipped with everything you need . Beds are very comfortable . Huge bed in the master bedroom . The beach chairs and brolly were an amazing addition and served us well most days . The condo is well placed to the boardwalk and restaurants and having a huge Walmart within minutes walking was a lifesaver . We had an amazing week here as a family making memories and will be back . Zee was fantastic to deal with and very responsive checking in on us throughout the week

The location and apartment was great. Everything was within walking distance which was a great plus. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Had a great time staying here.

We stayed for 10 days in late March. the place is in a perfect location, lots of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores ect. 5 min walk to the beach. The outdoor gym is a 10 min walk, you can get a soild workout in there. they have lots of free weights and benches. nice to work out in the sand. there are also a few gyms in the area. probably around $35 for a drop in. very easy check in process as there is someone at the front desk 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, place was very clean and perfect for a stay on South Beach. The parking garage is very close , 3 min walk from the apartment. we found it safe and easy to get in and out. just be aware that the regular rate is $20 per day or $1 per hour, but we did have an issue where it was closed to the public the day we arrived due to an event. The cost was also $30 per day on the next weekend due to an event. NBD, just something to be aware of if you have a car.

Прекрасные апартаменты, чисто и уютно, все необходимое для длительного отдыха, очень удобное расположение. Сам район очень тихий и приятный. Немного расстроила стройка прямо возле окон, это не беспокоит при закрытых окнах, хорошая шумоизоляция. Но в целом мы прекрасно провели время! Спасибо!

Steven's place was fantastic! A little north of the hustle and bustle of Ft. Lauderdale. The building is right on the beach, didn't need to cross a road to get to it. One King and one Queen sized bed. The king bed was like sleeping on a cloud. As a host, Steven is above the rest! He was very responsive and friendly. He even let us check in right away when we arrived into town early! Would definitely stay again!

Lovely place and a quick walk to the beach. Would happily again!

Girard and Tracey’s Fort Lauderdale condo was perfect for my family. My wife and I traveled with our 4 children aged 9-3 months. We also had my sister in law and the condo accommodated us all with ease. The residential pool was perfect for the family. If traveling with children I would recommend renting the beach cabana for the day. I can not say enough at how well the hosts stayed in contact and were there for anything we needed.

The location was absolutely perfect. The beach is 5 minutes walk, Hillsboro lighthouse 15 minutes and the water taxi stop 5 minutes. There are restaurants as close as 5 minutes and a great selection at the pier which is 20 minutes walk. The neighbourhood felt very safe and whenever we walked we were always greeted with a hello/ good morning etc. We found the property had everything that we needed to have a great time. The porch was excellent and we enjoyed sitting in there unwinding after a day out.

The host was responsive and accommodated an early check-in the day of. The place itself was as pictured, 2 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk and had everything for a comfortable stay. Would definitely book again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Alfonso’s! The place was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed; cooler, beach chairs etc. One of the best features was its location; Walmart was just a short walk away, which made picking up essentials super convenient. The host was amazing—very accommodating and responsive to any questions or requests I had. I definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

5 stars – Amazing Stay at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale! I had an incredible experience staying at this apartment in the Conrad Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The unit was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had stunning ocean views that made every morning feel like a dream. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was super comfortable, and the balcony was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The location is unbeatable—right across from the beach, and close to great restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The hotel amenities were a huge bonus: the pool was gorgeous, the spa was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. This apartment truly felt like a luxury getaway. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and upscale vacation spot in Fort Lauderdale

Esta ja foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos em Fort Lauderdale no apartamento do George, e foi excelente, como ja era esperado. Local bem localizado, apartamento excelente, com uma otima vista e muito bem cuidado. Com certeza uma otima opcao para quem vem passar alguns dias em Fort Lauderdale. George tambem foi um otimo Host , com informacoes claras e respostas rapidas.

We had an excellent spring break at Carrie’s PH. The space was wonderful. Everything needed was provided, and her description was spot on. The W hotel was also very accommodating. We were on the residence side, but had access to the hotel side too. Private house feel with the comforts of a hotel. The location was perfect. Steps from the beach, a block to dining and entertainment, and 2 miles from E. Las Olas for amazing dining & shopping. The host is the best ever. She really is fantastic. Amazing trip!

We reserved two units owned by Paula in this building and both were exceptional. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived, and had everything we needed as described. The balconies are huge and have beautiful views of the waterway and Bal Harbour skyline. In the evening, the water is lit up near the building with green lights bringing fish to the area. One night we saw a pod of dolphins swimming around in the water breaching. The unit is a 10-15 leisurely walk to the beach via 96th street. Pura Vida is an excellent place for breakfast / dinner, about 1 min walk down the road. There are exceptional restaurants, close by in the Bal Harbour shops, along Harding Avenue and on 96 street before the causeway, as well as a pharmacy and Publix grocery store. Everything is within walking distance. It's a superb area. Paula send great instruction in advance and everything is as she described. She is also very responsive to any questions. We will be back!
