Gather and Scatter with Josh was a wonderful experience. Clear instructions and a nice place to visit with family and friends over Easter! We have adult children that like to fish, play games and be together. This place offered everything. The house was great with beds and the basement with activities. So much to do and explore. We all truly had a great time!!

This place was absolutely adorable and perfect for my husband and I. Our daughter lives 30mins away. So she came over to spend the day with us on a boat we rented for 8 hrs . It was a beautiful day on the water and boated to a restaurant on the waterfront. We golfed one day aswell. The place was very clean which we are picky about. Beautiful views. Carla was a absolute pleasure to work with. We definitely will be back. Icnore the houses on the same street . Because the stay was worth it. .

Enjoyed a long weekend with the family at Cathy's lake home. The home was spotless with comfortable furnishings and a stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the lake every morning from the comfort of the swivel rocker recliners. Great place to just relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. Greenwood is about a 30 minute drive and has some good restaurants to try out. A marina is close by as well if you want to rent a boat and explore Lake Greenwood. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place on the lake.

Loretta went above and beyond to make sure our stay went wonderful. Little touches like Easter egg decorations and Easter plates, and picking up an ingredient we needed at the store in advance. We loved the pool and the view.

Great spacious house in a nice neighborhood. Appeared like listing, everything we needed was available on site. Close to restaurants and a park.

Our stay at Renee's Place was delightful! Our group consisted of 3 couples, who are Presbyterian College alumni, and we found that the location was ideal for the short trip to the college. Also, being close to downtown Greenwood, it was an easy commute for shopping on Main Street and the restaurants. The lake is beautiful and the deck is a welcoming spot to watch the sunrise in the morning. We look forward to visiting again.

Jordan was a fantastic host, we enjoyed our time and didn't have any to complain about! I think one of the best things about this place is the restaurant right next door. The food and atmosphere was great! If we travel to Greenwood again in the future I'll be sure to book with Jordan again. I rarely leave reviews but I thought it was the right thing to do so others know how awesome it!!

this tiny house is perfect for a quick getaway or glamping trip where you want to be off the grid but also not. the home is set up with everything you need without feeling crowded, from the couch to the connected TV to a fully stocked kitchen, including some condiment packets in the fridge. I chose to sleep on the couch downstairs to be with my dog instead of on the loft beds, which have low headspace. The shower had great water pressure and stayed hot, which was refreshing after my not-so-hot cabin showers just before. I brought firewood and sat outside with a friend to grill dinner— was a nice way to spend time outside without having to go anywhere. There are a couple of other properties nearby but it still felt very quiet and relaxing. Getting into town or up to Greenville only took 10-20 min and you have access to country stores and every big box store you know. two cons: felt a little pricey for what it is; no fenced area for dogs to run around. but I’d still stay there again!
