Loved it! Had everything I needed!

This was our second stay but in the one bedroom this time. Our granddaughter came overnight and was very comfortable in the convertible bed. The bedroom very comfortable as well. We enjoyed the expresso maker! I do love the thoughtfulness toward every little detail in every square inch of this apartment and everything squeaky clean! We’ve already booked for another few days. Feels like home.

Kim is one of the best hosts! Since March 2024, I have stayed at 3 of her properties. Beds are always comfy and she is very responsive and helpful. You will feel right at home. Safe and secure as well. She’s been a big blessing to me - you can’t go wrong staying with Kim.

This place is great if you're looking for somewhere pleasant to rest your head for the night. Upon our arrival I texted our host and he was there to bring us our key within 15 minutes. He was very friendly. The place is super clean, it is bike-able to downtown, Marshall, Ritter Park - a very convenient location. My only mild complaint is that the A/C is controlled by the tenant in the main house above the apartment. But no big deal. The WIFI works great. There is a TV with Roku, but we didn't turn it on. There is an oven with a stove top, but no pots or pans. There are a couple plastic cups, bowls, and plates in the cabinet, but I didn't notice silverware. A single bath towel was in the bathroom for our drying purposes, no hand towels or washcloths. The bathroom was very clean, there were some body-washes and shampoos by the shower, soap at the sink, and soap at the kitchen sink. Ample trashcans were provided. Abundant usage of grapefruit air-fresheners. It was perfect for our needs.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept better than I have in months. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I also appreciated the local recommendations. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe with everything conveniently so close by whether you’re staying for a few nights or an extended trip I can’t recommend this place enough. It was the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and charm. I left feeling relaxing and recharged. I’d absolutely love to come back again. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. This truly exceeded my expectations. A hidden gem I’m so happy I found!
