Gas fireplace adds a romantic ambiance. Sit on the porch & admire the views, especially the sunrises, overlooking the pond with water fountain. Fire pit and walking trails. Catch & release fishing.

Hand Built Log Cabin

This cabin was completed in 1940 by previous owner's grandmother with only the help of her horses. The wood was cut from the property. Originally it had no electric or plumbing, we updated it more in 2021 keeping as much original as possible. Rustic cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower only, washer and dryer, full eat in kitchen and living room. On site you can relax watching horses, mini horses, goats, chickens & ducks as well as wild life. You can feed and pet the 🐐 goats.

This unique cottage has a style all its own. Our stone cottage was built in 1899 and was part of the mining company that put Bonne Terre on the map. You will find yourself nestled in the heart of Bonne Terre, close to many parks, lakes, wineries and wedding venues in the Parkland. Stay with us while visiting family or school reunions! Newly Updated** Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, with a semi-primitive, modern cozy secluded treehouse in the woods! Explore 10 acres or wind down on the deck before relaxing in the *NEW* hot tub. The cabin inside has a very minimalistic design featuring on the first floor an electric fireplace, air conditioner, table, refrigerator, leather futon couch, kitchenette with a hand crank water pump sink, axe throwing and porta-potty bathroom.

There are many great hiking opportunities within a short drive, however, once you get settled in you may not find a reason to leave.
