Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

Set in a traditional equestrian yard, this self-contained purpose-built barn, is set on a farm between the Surrey Hills and Epsom downs. The perfect place to explore and get in touch with nature . The accommodation is a self-contained barn/ stable conversion which you have all to yourselves, accessed from the active stable yard. A lounge, small kitchen, downstairs bedroom upstairs and open plan bedroom leading to the bathroom. Bathroom only accessed via upstairs bedroom.
