You can choose between hiking the Appalachian Trail, visiting Hershey Park, or playing a round at Lebanon Valley Golf Course just down the road. High ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking a pond and a working farm provides a sunny, open space with lots of light and privacy. One mile to interstate 78 and 2 miles to route 501.
