The lower level is roomy common space area with the 4th queen bed , a 65' flat screen, 2 large leather couch and a theater couch.

Easy access to surrounding grocery markets, gas stations and restaurants all within a few minutes' drive. Popular attractions such as Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe bend are within 10-20 minutes.
