The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

The hut is set on the edge of a wooded copse facing west (amazing sunsets) overlooking fields and the Yorkshire Wolds. You approach the hut via a private footpath. At the hut you will find beautiful warm decor with, fast wifi. tv, kitchen, ensuite shower/toilet and multi fuel stove. Outside in the private garden you will find a fire pit with gypsy pot also separate BBQ with deck chairs and hammocks.

An 8 metres x4 metres open plan arrangement with well equipped kitchen area, dining table and 2 chairs, double bed in the bedroom area, 2 seater sofa, log burner and separate bathroom. Along with Wi-Fi, and a smart TV for internet access only, you'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Outside pergola, patio area and chiminea for the warmer weather.

The apartment has been fully renovated in February 2021 which offers a contemporary feel with new soft furnishings throughout. There is ample free off street parking available at the property (no allocated space). You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

The house has free wifi and smart TV's too. Kindly arrive at leisure 3.00 p.m. onwards as a key will be made available for you in the keysafe located by the front door. Access code upon booking.
