Jayne & Michelle were excellent hosts, they were very responsive to my messages and were able to provide an additional mattress for an unexpected guest. The house was well maintained and worth the price. The house is situated facing the city walls and very walkable to the centre. We would definitely recommend a stay.

A lovely place to stay - clean, tidy and an excellent location. The house itself has everything we needed and plenty of space for all of our guests. Being able to go freely in and out of York centre without needing taxis was also great. This was a great find - I'm really pleased we stayed at Celia's and would definitely recommend!

Woodsome lodge was the perfect home from home for our girly hen do weekend! Very peaceful, had everything we needed and easily accessible to Leeds city centre! Sara was extremely responsive, and very pro active! Sara helped advise us a wonderful private chef, Emanuelle, who designed us a menu around our hen’s favourite dishes, and then cooked us a fantastic 3 course meal with absolutely no washing up to do!! Would highly recommend!

We stayed at Simone & Kyle's for a hen do and were absolutely blown away with the accommodation! Pictures truly don't do it justice and it was an amazing base for us for the weekend! Simone was so attentive from our initial enquiry right up to leaving the property at the end of our stay. She had great recommendations for private chefs and craft activities and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed!

Great house, lots of space, a bathroom for each room was a massive perk for us! 20-25 minute walk into the centre, but some cafes less than 10 min walk away! Great stay, Naz was lovely and helpful. Thank you!

We love travelling far and wide, and always have a lot of time for Malham! It’s hard to find a place in Malham, and even more so for one that can fit a family! This place was ace, and the location was amazing. A few 10s of metres from one of the brilliant pubs, yet that made it that little bit more peaceful and secluded. A perfect location. The hot tub was a gem, too. Well, perhaps its location… overlooking the fields, the hills and, on a clear night, open to a he spectacular stars. I have a fairly simple test for things; would I buy it again, or use it again, etc?! We’d 100% go here again, and plan to!

This house was fabulous, we loved the views onto the river and sat outside the front watching the world go by in the sunshine. It was close to the shops, pubs etc and the Minster was a 10 mins walk away. We would definitely book this house again and Maria was an excellent host, we never had to wait for a reply to a question. I would recommend this house, especially for a group. 👍🏻😊

We spent a weekend at this incredible converted water tower and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place is something special. The property itself is stunning — beautifully decorated with a perfect balance of character and modern comfort. There’s so much space to relax, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were fantastic, and the entire space felt welcoming and luxurious. Angela was the perfect host — warm, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. It was the ideal setting for a weekend getaway with friends, and we all left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. Absolutely fantastic — highly recommended!

Just back from a lovely weekend at Hilltop snug. Location was perfect for walking into Pateley and the 2 parking spaces were a definite bonus. The house was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We stayed with 3 children and a travel cot, high chair, stair gates, children’s crockery were all included with was very helpful.

This property is simply stunning and set in a beautiful location. Everything was perfect. This was such an amazing venue to host my bridal party before the wedding and an amazing location to wake up in following our wedding day. I also arrived to a beautiful card, a bottle of prosecco and a cake, which was such a lovely gesture. Thank you again. We had the best two days!

Overall, my family liked staying here. The location is great, and I think it's a good value for the size and area. It was fairly clean as far as airbnbs go, but the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we got there and the outdoor bins were full which meant that we had to take some of the rubbish with us when we left. Also, it is important to know that some of the amenities listed were not actually available to us. There was no dedicated workspace, grates of the barbecue were rusted through and therefore unusable, and we were asked to not use the tumble dryer and use the drying rack instead. However, once I messaged the owner because our clothes were not drying on the drying rack, she did say we could use the tumble dryer.

Perfect place to relax. Beautiful house in beautiful, peaceful village. Everything you need, and more. Inside the space is so comfortable, warm and inviting, with plenty of space, books, games, and even a piano, which was great for us. Fully equipped. The garden is simply beautiful with lots of different areas to sit in. Not only that, the house is in great location to visit other places. Very highly recommended!

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

The college condition and feel is a real credit to the hard work Angela and staff put in. It feels like you’re at home from the moment you walk through the door and the views a just breathtaking. The bath towels feel amazing and the cottage is very well stocked with everything you need in the way of equipment and also of a very good quality. We were lucky enough to have some very fine weather and completed some great local walks and running routes. There wasn’t one thing that I could fault with this whole experience and can’t wait to book again.

Four generations of our family enjoyed a memorable weekend at Harlequin Cottage. Finding somewhere to suit toddlers, the elderly and a dog wasn't easy but this felt like home from home. Angela fielded an array of questions from my family with patience and provided a lovely welcome hamper. We loved the flock of wooden ducks, the toiletries and views.

It's a good house with 4 rooms to live in. Quiet outside and near to Rochdale center, convenient enough to the stores and supermarkets. While there are some minor stains in the kitchen when arrived, but not impacts on the experience. We come through some issues during the living, but were sorted very soon. This house should be recommended.

We had the best time at Teal cottage with 6 friends. The walk into holmfirth is only ten minutes, and there’s loads of coffee shops, a few nice restaurants and pubs, as well as charity shops, walks and runs nearby. We spent a day at the yorkshire sculpture park which was fun too. But mostly we just enjoyed spending time in the house! Cooking facilities, hot tub, TV and games were perfect and we had a fab, very relaxing post exams celebration. If anything it was better than the photos! Like people say in other reviews, the deposit was initially off putting but when Angela explained I felt comfortable with it. The drive is steep but work on your clutch control and you’ll be fine!! Overall absolutely spot on for 6 people for a few days away, with room for extras if we come back in future! Thank you

stunning location. Very charming house which was impeccibly clean. Lovely, huge welcome hamper for the 15 of us. Some very cute extras including welcome letter and ducks! Lots of cooking utensils and crockery. Angela was responsive to all of my extensive worries and questions. we should have asked about altering the heating as we were lucky enough to have gorgeous weather at the end of winter!! Wow to the view and clean sunken hot tub. my mum loved her 80th. Only criticism was the tired sofas which are oddly placed. But that was no problem.

We stayed here with our friends and we had a wonderful weekend. Michael was very responsive to questions we asked. The house was beautiful and was just what we wanted. The pool was a great success with the kids. The house had all the amenities that we could ask for . Will definitely be booking again to make full use of the beautiful out door area.
