It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)

Voel je thuis in ons gezellige appartement midden in het landelijke Nieuwland. Een prachtig uitzicht op de polder en over 'de Vliet'. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten langs de Linge of een dagje vissen op een van de vele visplekken in de buurt. Natuurlijk kun je ook gewoon 'thuisblijven' want het appartement heeft alles voor een ontspannen verblijf. Het appartement is sfeervol ingericht en voorzien van alle moderne gemakken.

In de ruime slaapkamer kan op verzoek een volwaardig extra bed worden bijgeplaatst voor een derde gast. Daar betaalt u €25,00 extra per nacht voor. U hebt beschikking over een slaapkamer en eigen badkamer. Daarnaast is er een woonkeuken met een complete keuken. U bereikt het appartement via een eigen ingang met trap.

Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor stellen, solo-avonturiers, zakelijke reizigers en gezinnen. Er wordt geen ontbijt geserveerd Er is een keuken waar je zelf een ontbijt kunt klaarmaken.
