The Wifi is superfast and there is a table perfect to work on. It's convenient for both universities, Leicester City FC, Grace Road and the Tigers, Curve, LRI, the race course and De Montfort Hall, plus the cathedral and Richard lll's tomb. The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

Hose Lodge is a traditional farmhouse in the tranquil vale of Belvoir. Outside there are farm buildings and stables, paddocks and an orchard together with formal gardens round the house. It is in a secluded location with great views. The annex is a separate unit to allow privacy and convenience to our guests.

Set on a working sheep farm in the heart of England surrounded with beautiful countryside. Cottage adjoins the 16th century farmhouse with period features including exposed beams, oak floors, wood burner and an iron double bed. Village pub nearby.

Self contained annex within a barn conversion, set in a quiet rural location, outside courtyard area with access through French doors into a comfortable and cosy double bedroom, spacious on suite bathroom and small kitchenette.
