Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. Hose Lodge is a traditional farmhouse in the tranquil vale of Belvoir. Outside there are farm buildings and stables, paddocks and an orchard together with formal gardens round the house. It is in a secluded location with great views. The annex is a separate unit to allow privacy and convenience to our guests.
