A hand-made, bespoke luxury shepherd's hut. Enjoy all the advantages of a remote position: you cannot see another dwelling from the WoolShed which lies off a traffic-free lane. You are not overlooked by a soul. Listen out for woodpeckers, owls, pheasants, deer and other wildlife. Watch the goats & red-tailed kites.

Located on the edge of the Warwichshire countryside, surrounded by trees and overlooking beautiful countryside. Buzzards are circling overhead most days , with a great variety of other birds feeding here daily . The Hut is fully insulated / double glazed , and also has underfloor heating which makes it very cosy all year round . Just 20 minutes from Kenilworth Castle and Warwick Castle .

The hut is positioned in a private and secluded orchard, next to the farmyard and offers stunning views of the rural landscape. Our Shepherd's hut is a little escape. Located on the grounds of a real working organic farm. The Shepherd's Hut is a small living space, with a wood burning stove, a modern shower, bathroom and kitchen area. Beautiful views across the once Sherwood Forest as well as garden views of mature Cedar and Scots pine trees. The farm is a tranquil retreat as well as being close by to nearby towns. Open large field where you can walk your dog loose available to Airbnb guests.

The ultimate thing to do here is throw open the double doors, pop a bottle of fizz and climb into the bath tub or fire up the hot tub for an alfresco soak and star gazing

Oak view- The Warren Retreat

Oak view is a luxury shepherds hut with a hot tub. The Warren Retreat is set in the heart of the national forest and a short drive away from Bradgate Parks national nature reserve. With a tasteful country interior and sweeping countryside views, the hut is the perfect place for a relaxed country escape. It is only a short drive to the nearest shop and local pubs providing limited inconvenience.

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.

Relax and enjoy the Hot tub in your own private space then watch the sun go down next to the Firepit Bags of Charcoal or Logs (with firelighters) for the BBQ firepit are available for £15, alternatively you are welcome to bring your own.
