Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Majas on 4 korterit ja tuleb arvestada ka naabritega. Korter mahutab 4 külalist. Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkenurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav (150m majast) või Viljandi järve parkla (250m majast). Come stay at the old town of Tartu in our lovely apartment with private entry and all you need for your visit. Our place is located at the foot of the famous Toome hill where everything is very close (main square, shops, restaurants, parks etc). We will offer you a fully equipped apartment and a big bed, kitchenette, shower, TV with many channels, free fast wifi and good books/games to entertain you. We also offer free parking in the yard that works on a first come first served principle

Studio with terrace on the hillside of Viljandi

The apartment is on the second floor of the private family house. You have a separate entrance. The entire floor is an open plan with a terrace and lots of sunlight. You can enjoy a magnificent 180° view to the lake of Viljandi. It`s located 500 m from the center and 500 m from the lake. You can enjoy the old town of Viljandi, old castle ruins, cafes and lakeside sunshine. The house is on the hillside, so it is necessary to use a lot of stairs. Please read all the details.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Sunset Cabin Estonia

Wonderful little cabin where to spend cozy nights viewing sunset. Next to the cabin is a nice and clean beach, where You can go fishing, swim or do ohter watersports. Nearby forests are rich in berries and mushrooms. Cabin has a small kitchen, toilet, shower- everything you need for also a longer stay. Visit Võrtsjärv.

A modern yet cozy all-year-round design cabin next to an idyllic lake in the Otepää nature park. Fully equipped kitchen and sauna with a view to Kaarna lake. Easy access but private location, 60m2 terrace, grilling option, sauna & fireplace. Otepää & tennis courts are 4 min drive or 20 min walk.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
