The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

It's set in a beautifully tranquil spot with it's own private garden and parking area. Moore's Traditional Village Pub is 5 minutes walk down into the village. Excellent for stargazing as zero light pollution and for relaxation as zero traffic noise! Surrounded by stud farms and agricultural land.

This countryside accommodation is 5 minutes drive from Fethard Town where the chippers and Chinese do deliver to the property. 25/30 minutes drive to larger towns Clonmel, Cahir and Cashel . 45 minutes drive to Kilkenny and Waterford cities .

The Old Byre (Hawthorn Cottage)

A beautifully restored Irish cottage, nestled in the hills near Lismore, Co. Waterford.
