This family home is within two miles of the medieval village of Carlingford and the home of some of the finest restaurants and bars on the North East coast. Should you prefer things to be a little less hectic , take one of the many hiking trails just outside your back door, or retire to the sun room to read and relax. It is situated within walking distance to Portrane Beach, local shop, public house and sit-in fish and chip shop. The area is quiet with picturesque scenery. It is close to Rogerstown Estuary which is home to a bird reserve. It is a 15 minute drive from Dublin Airport. There is a bus stop outside which can bring you to Donabate train station and Swords Village.,

E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away
