Stayed for 5 nights with husband, 2 kids ages 11 and 12 along with Grandparents for a relaxing Spring Break getaway. The house was beautiful. Kitchen contained everything needed to make meals. Was great to have a washer and dryer. House is located close to beach and shopping. The highlight for us was the hours spent in beautiful backyard. The spa and pool were amazing! There is a covered area by pool where we ate many meals and played card games. Eric was very responsive whenever we had had a question.

The house we reserved was better than expected and everything was immaculate. Neil, the property manager responded right away when we called about a broken vaccum cleaner. Excellent response time and very professional. Unfortunately a thunderstorm damaged the AC and it couldn't be fixed right away, but Sean moved us right away to an even larger house. He even reimbursed us a day for our having to move and the night without AC. We definitely would rent from Sean again.

We loved the house and how peaceful the neighborhood is. Great location near many restaurants and shopping, but still had a quiet stay. I would recommend having a rental car. The house was very clean and pictures are accurate. We enjoyed the lanai with comfortable seating, pool and hot tub. I would stay here again.

Beautiful home and property. Even prettier than the photos! We had minor issues that the management addressed fully the next morning. Quiet. Nice. Great view, pool, and hot tub. We loved it.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Everything was clean and nicely updated. Location was great and the backyard felt very private. The host always responded to us in a timely manner and took care of any questions/concerns we had right away. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Carla’s place was absolutely beautiful and she was a wonderful host! Extremely helpful and responsive with lots of great recommendations. The house was clean and just as described and we never wanted to leave the pool. Thanks Carla for an awesome stay - we will definitely be back!

Zu erst möchten wir uns für eine wirklich tolle Woche, in einem wunderschönen Haus bedanken! Leider hatten wir sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter. Dafür hat das Haus uns die Woche absolut gerettet. Aufgrund der Bewertungen bezüglichen der harten Matratzen, haben wir das Haus erst gemietet. Und was sollen wir sagen?! Wir haben lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen! Wir fliegen nach einer Woche absolut entspannt und mit einem tränenden Auge wieder nachhause. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Ganz Liebe Grüße und ein großes Dank an Fr Grosso für die wirklich sehr nette Betreuung.

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

We spent our family vacation at Katherine’s home in March 2025. Our vacation consisted of Myself and my husband, Our two sons and daughters in law and 3 children under 3 1/2. We enjoyed every minute from check-in to check-out. The house was very spacious, clean and childproof. The lanai area was perfect for relaxing! The pool was great, with a landing that was perfect for our 1 year old grandson to play. Our granddaughters lived in the perfectly heated pool when we were there. The pool lighting and uplighting were gorgeous. Katherine’s house was well stocked, plenty of pool toys, bikes and beach stuff. The location was perfect, with lots to do! We had such a good time, lots of memories and would highly recommend for your family vacation.

Brandi’s place was clean and exactly like how’s described. The community was peaceful and private. The house was clean inside and the pool was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!!

Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus und die Möbel sind in einem sehr guten Zustand und man hat viel Platz. Küche, Bäder und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Restaurants sind sogar in Gehdistanz und auch der Supermarkt (Walmart) ist in der Nähe. Ich kann Ben's Haus sehr empfehlen!!

Great location in Naples close to shopping and restaurants. House was beautiful and well appointed, great for families. plenty of space. Gorgeous lanai and pool. Will definitely stay again and recommend to other travelers.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im Haus von Alex. Wir haben sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich große Klasse, es ist sehr sauber, sehr geräumig, der Pool inkl. Whirlpool sind super. Alex war ein toller Gastgeber der sich sehr schnell auf Fragen zurück gemeldet hat. Ich empfehle zudem das tolle Gästebuch, welches Alex erstellt hat. Da gibt es alle hilfreichen Infos rund ums Haus. Herzlichen Dank Alex, wir kommen wieder!

The house was great and we really enjoyed the back patio & pool. There were 4 of us (two couples) and we had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The kitchen & living room area was also very nice & well furnished. I would like to thank the owner for opening up there home & allowing us to have a wonderful stay in Marco Island.

Beautiful house in convenient location! Neighborhood was quiet and the pool was great! Host was very responsive when we had a couple of minor issues (that were addressed immediately). We very much enjoyed our first snowbird experience!!

Beautiful home in a great location. 5 min walk to a gorgeous beach and multiple restaurants. Our family had a wonderful time and we would highly recommend!

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en esta casa, y la tercera con Marc y Anne como anfitriones. Ellos son ¡geniales! La casa es completísima, prolija, hay toallas de sobra y la cocina es un 10. Recomiendo abrir las ventanas, y permitir que el sol entre. Es una casa súper luminosa. El patio es, siempre, nuestro lugar de encuentro: entre la pileta y asados. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la secadora, y Marc fue absolutamente expeditivo, atento y servicial. El clima no ayudó, pero -igualmente- pasamos unos días FANTÁSTICOS. La casa cuenta con bicicletas, que disfrutamos dando vueltas por el barrio que es precioso. Gracias por recibirnos una vez más. Realmente cuidamos y sentimos su casa como propia. Porque así nos hacen sentir bien, super bien recibidos. GRACIAS POR TODO ❤️

Five stars is not enough! I have stayed in so many Airbnb’s in multiple countries in this by far is my all-time favorite! This was such an amazing and incredible experience! We loved the layout of this house and there was so much space for all of us. The way the doors open to the outside so you always feel like you are outside is incredible. Truly super functional and gorgeous. We have adult kids and it was so nice to have a split bedroom layout. The pool was heavenly! We enjoyed it all day long and it’s so nice to be able to run into the house for a snack and then get right back to the pool. Our adult kids took the kayaks out and even got to see a dolphin !! The bikes were really, really nice touch! We were able to bike for coffee or to go for breakfast or even bike to the beach! It is so nice to have the bikes provided. We are already planning our next trip back!!! The neighbourhood was so much fun to walk around in… We took night walks and morning walks and always felt safe.

Alan’s place was absolutely perfect! The cottages are adorable and make you feel like you are right at home. Everything is close by and the club itself was great with my 3 year old. We had a fantastic trip and look forward to hopefully returning next year! Alan is a great host and explained the condo exactly the way we found it, there was nothing missing whatsoever. Highly recommend renting from Alan at the cottages!

Drew was extremely responsive if we messaged him. Having the heated pool at the house was a wonderful amenity while our toddlers napped. The house had almost everything we needed and were able to use Walmart delivery for the rest. We will definitely consider booking this house again if we return to the area!

The Bay and Beach were both very walkable just as described. We rented bikes for our boys for reasonable prices and very easy. House was comfortable and pool was relaxing after a day at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

We are very excited about our family vacation June 2024. Thank you Misheline and Gilles for sharing your beautiful, cozy and comfortable home with us. Everything was at the highest level. We visited the barefoot beach; anyone who loves wild nature will enjoy it, but we didn’t like the fact that there were alot of rocks. We visited the free beach-North Bonita beach. We also visited Marco island beach and Vanderbilt Beach - wonderful beaches! For shopping, the Miramar outlets are super! We visited two beautiful botanical gardens and the Everglades. Captain Webb was awesome, super fun!!! We saw 4 alligators and two manates. I fell in love with the two lounge chairs near the pool. The bed was a little high for me and there wasn’t a large enough pot for the soup (I had to cook it every day), but everything was wonderful, like in heaven, we even tried real ripe mangoes (we asked the neighbors). 2nd time here at this little slice of Paradise! Great location, excellent communication, and you have everything you need and more for the best stay! Beautiful location, peaceful, but also close to many amazing restaurants as well…or take advantage & cook at “home” and eat outside on the lanai with the amazing views! We will definitely be back!
