This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located on a private gravel drive, in a peaceful setting. Wildlife can often be spotted in the large yard or wooded area. The location is minutes from historic Adrian where Adrian College and Siena Heights University are home to, Tecumseh, and near main roads, and only 20 miles from Brooklyn, and 30 miles from Ann Arbor. Many stores, restaurants, lakes, and entertainment options are close by. The Kiwanis biking/walking trail connects right here.

Make wonderful memories at this unique & quiet family-friendly abode. A 1 person & 2 person kayak included. Bonfire with s’mores (ingredients are on the house)! A darling treehouse, (read, draw & paint on canvases provided)! A swing-set is in the backyard for the kids to enjoy.
