The cottage offers open plan living with an abundance of high-end features across two floors, with a large private garden and hot tub. The bedroom includes a king bed, with views overlooking the paddocks. The bathroom includes an impressive standalone bathtub. There’s a well fitted kitchen, with a large oven, and dining for two, beside a homely living space complete with log burner.

Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

Countryside retreat

My Husband and I moved to Herefordshire in late 2019 and we love it here. The property is surrounded by farming countryside and yet is just a few minutes in to Leominster & with easy access to beautiful towns all around. A fully self-contained 2 bedroom cottage which is attached to the main house. A fantastic place from which to explore. We are just off the old Hereford Road with plenty of parking. Cows and sheep roam the fields around us, and there are cowsheds behind us for Winter use.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of beautiful Eardisland, one of the villages on the Black and White trail. Eardisland Lodge is located on the edge of the village with gorgeous views over the countryside but only a few minutes walk from the 2 public houses, village shop and tea room. The lodge has 2 bedrooms, a shower room an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area and a spacious outdoor patio area to watch the breath taking sunsets.

Our grade 2 listed roadside cottage is in the heart of historical Ludlow. Cosy and characterful with 2 bedrooms, Lounge, wood burner and fully equipped kitchen/diner. Spacious luxury shower. Close to the market square, Ludlow Castle, the river teme with excellent free trout, grayling fishing and excellent eateries. Fantastic walking around ludlow and a short drive away from the spectacular long mynd. Ludlow hosts many festivals throughout the year including the food, beer and fringe.

Cosy Self Catering Maple House Lodge

Maple House Lodge is a 1st floor guest annex, accessed via an external staircase. Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. The bedroom has a super king size bed, dressing table, chest of drawers and hanging rail and en-suite shower. Parking on site Guests are welcome to use our Gym

Serafina Lodge

Modern 1 bedroom accommodation. The apartment has a well appointed kitchen, dining area, lounge, sofa bed as well as separate bedroom with balcony and countryside/mountain views. It is purpose built above a dedicated parking space and is self-contained away from the main barn with wonderful walks on the doorstep. Within easy reach of the picturesque market towns of Leominster and Hereford, the Black Mountains, the Malvern hills and the black and white village trail.

The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.
