Lovely home in a very nice area.

This place was the perfect spot for our group attending a wedding in Malibu. The Airbnb was well provisioned with anything you could need and comfy beds. Everything was super clean!

This was our second time staying here and we just live it. Ana is so kind and responds very quickly if we had any questions. I highly recommend staying at Ana's house!!

My family and I were evacuees from the Eaton Canyon Fire, and I can’t fully express how incredible Andrea and her spouse have been to us. Their kindness and generosity made us feel safe, cared for, and truly at home during such a challenging time. This Airbnb was the first place where we felt settled, and we are beyond grateful for the many ways Andrea went above and beyond to support us. The space itself is serene, both inside and out, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable Airbnb! The space was cozy, clean, and had such a charming vibe—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly kind and always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful house with an amazing porch. Sat outside every morning and evening. Spacious so we could spread out - important with teenagers. Kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook dinner at home.

Very beautiful, spacious, clean, and well organized Villa. It is super close to hollywood, universal studios, and other attractions. I loved how it’s very peaceful at night, the view from the balcony is amazing, I was able to cook breakfast, everything is labeled which makes things super easy to find, and the jacuzzi is a bonus. This place provided everything we needed for our stay. I am very happy with my stay, and I highly recommend this Villa.

Staying at Middlebury was a great experience overall! The amenities, the pool and the view were well worth the experience. The rooms are spacious well decorated and accommodated our group very nicely. Would absolutely recommend another visit to this home next time I am in the So-Cal area!

Johnny's home is a beautiful retreat in a quiet residential neighborhood. The backyard with pool and hottub is a perfect place to gather with friends and family at the end of the day. Johnny is a wonderful communicator he was always available for us, he got back to us very quickly. I would highly recommend this home. We would stay here again.

The house was nice and good size for our group. The location was pretty good for what we had planned. We landed on this place specifically because of the pool and hot tub. We wish we had been told the specifics of using them beforehand because we arrived to an ice cold pool & jacuzzi. But after Gevorg finally responded we were told there is a fee to heat everyday, they cant be heated at sametime, and pool takes 8-10 hrs to heat. But once the confusion was cleared up, Gevorg was quick to respond and the pool/jacuzzi was an amazing addition to our trip!!! Gevorg was very kind and welcoming and quick to fix the situation.

Such an amazing stay! We had family from Sonora, Mexico, visiting Santa Clarita for the first time and it was an incredible stay. Would book again!!

We had a great stay. Plenty of space for myself, husband and 3 children. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Selin was very responsive and flexible as well. We would stay here again.

We loved staying at Lauren’s listing! The place was gorgeous, relaxing, and super comfortable. Best sleep i’ve had in forever! We loved taking a dip in the hot tub after our busy day and it was really convenient to have a washer and drier in our unit. Lauren as a host was wonderful, accommodating, and kind. For example, my fiancé was having an allergic reaction to a new face wash he brought on our trip and i forgot to bring Benadryl, after messaging Lauren she rushed down with some and saved the day! When we checked in we saw in the kitchenette that they had left a clear list of check in/out instructions, information about the area, and house rules which was much appreciated. We also arrived to a stocked mini fridge and a delicious bottle of wine! It was very thoughtful. Overall I would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone! The place was great and the hosts were even greater. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Had a very nice stay! We have a 2.5 year old so the kids room and play area was perfect, and the endless collection of kid’s books was a delight. We had a couple small things come up but Catia was super helpful right away. The neighborhood is wonderful, on a clean and safe residential street. Small thing to note: at the time of our stay, there was no coffee maker, microwave, toaster, shower, or TV… which might be a dealbreaker for some. If you can live without those things then you’ll be great. Either way, still a clean, well-thought and enjoyable space.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar und bietet einen schönen Ausblick. Auch hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne und eine schöne Stimmung, wenn die Sonne hinter den Hügeln untergeht. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir persönlich fanden die Gebühren für die Heizung etwas zu hoch. Aber je nach Außentemperatur ist es auch gar nicht nötig, diesen zu heizen. Das Haus liegt vollkommen ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse auf einer Anhöhe in einer angenehmen Nachbarschaft. Man ist in dieser Gegend natürlich zu 100% auf das Auto angewiesen. Wir waren zu viert als Familie und fanden den Platz vollkommen ausreichend. Die Küche ist vernünftig ausgestattet und sauber. Ebenso die Badezimmer. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Dessy.

I am loathe to write to write an honest review of this place, as my praise may contribute to a rise in its popularity, and perhaps a rise in the rate, and perhaps threaten my ability to book it again in the future (for which I am eager to do)!!! Alas, an honest review is right thing to do, so I'll just say this: my family (5 adults + 3 kids) did an extensive search on AirBnB for our vacation... this was the lowest-cost listing and yet somehow also the nicest and most perfect for both the kids and adults?? Needless to say, we couldn't believe that our number one choice was also the most affordable. And, oh boy, did it turn out to be just WONDERFUL!!! With so much to do around the house for the kids, and so many places where the adults could go to be adults, we all ended up a tad bit disappointed that we didn't schedule any days to just stay at home. This is a gem listing.

I’m so grateful for having been at Vardan’s place! A home away from home! Thank you for the great treats waiting for me, the cleanliness, the location and the whole excellent vibe! Every space was a treasure! Loved being just around the corner from my kids, so peaceful and beautiful!

Great place. Cozy, clean, and quiet. Outdoor space is clean and peaceful. It is in a nice neighborhood to go for walks in, I felt safe. Conveniently close to stores, restaurants, etc. You wouldn’t know you were in the city with how quiet it is at this house. I would definitely stay here again if need be in the area.
