Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Sjönära gästhus i Lerum

Beläget ett par minuters promenad från Stamsjön samt omkringliggande vackra skogar hittar du vårt gästhus. Perfekt för joggning, skogspromenader, Mountainbike, bad och svampplockning. Gästhuset har egen ingång och är 30 m2 fördelat över två våningar. Parkering för två bilar som är utrustad med en elbils-laddare. Det finns en dubbelsäng och en extrasäng som kan dras fram. Boendet är optimalt för två vuxna eller en liten familj. Det finns en något brant trappa som kan vara osäker för små barn.

Nybyggd stuga med bastu, badtunna och egen brygga

Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. I direkt närhet finns vildmarken med gott om stigar, bl.a. Vildmarksleden, för vandring, löpning och mountainbike. Flygplats: 8 min Chalmers golfbana: 5 min

Gotaleden, Gothenburg, GOT, parking, washmachine

Njut av en vistelse när du bor på i en mysig stuga med gångavstånd till Gotaleden, ca 20 min med bil till Göteborg, Alingsås och Landvetter flygplats. Vandra, fiska och natur finns i närheten och det finns tåg och buss till Göteborgs eller Alingsås. Det finns en bäddsoffa (blir 130 cm bred) sovloft lämpligt för barn fr 5 år - vuxen strl s/m (trappstege/flyttbara madrasser),fin uteplats och gratis parkering. (Obs trappor). I stugans källare och i huset finns tvättstuga. Rökfritt inne och ute.

Stuga nära sjö – 20 min från Göteborg

Välkommen till vår stuga i ett lugnt och tyst område nära sjö och natur, cirka 20 minuter från både Göteborg och Landvetter flygplats. Här bor du i en egen stuga med altan och skogen runt knuten, nära vandringsstigar och 350 meter till sjön. Stugan är cirka 25 kvm och passar bra för en eller två personer. Perfekt för en avkopplande vistelse i naturen, samtidigt som det är nära till utflykter i både Göteborg och Alingsås. Under säsong finns även goda möjligheter till att plocka svamp och bär.

B&B i lantlig miljö med såväl bastu som pool.

Välkommen till vårt charmiga guest house med en hel del extra och skogen inpå knuten. Ett ljust sovrum med dubbelsäng, sovloft för extrasäng och generöst badrum med dusch och härlig bastu för vintersäsongen. Egen terrass för såväl frukost i morgonsolen, som en slapp stund i en solsäng. Frukost inkluderar bla färska ägg från egna höns – som också ser till att ingen försover sig på morgonen. En fantastisk plats för själen, oändliga strövområden och bara 25 min till pulsen i centrala Gbg.

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Stunning lakehouse - 25 min from Goteborg airport

Enjoy the nature right next to lake Torskabotte in Tollered. Rent a small cozy lakehouse, on a half island with everything you may need for a nice get away. Perfect for two. Please note! You can rent bedlinens and towels for a fee, or you can provide it for yourself if you wish. You can't follow a GPS to our cabin. Write to us to get the right directions. In the lakehouse there is a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a view over lake Torskabotten.

The bathroom and toilet are located 30 meters away from the cottage in the basement of the main building. Enjoy morning coffee by the lake, take a dip in the clear water, go fishing or explore the beautiful surroundings.

Totalrenoverad stuga i 1700-tals stil (2024). Torpet har figurerat i tidskrifter och har hög mysfaktor. Ett givet boende för den byggnadsvårdsintresserade. 400 meter till mysig och stilla badstrand med brygga i Lensjön. 20 minuter bilväg till Göteborg och 15 minuter till Alingsås. Matbutik och restauranger finns nära till hands nere i Floda. Superbra svampskog i intilliggande skog. 50% av det vi tjänar på vårt Airbnb ger vi till välgörenhet.

Our house lies only 50 m from lake Aspen and has a stunning view over it. The house has three floors where the first holds a pretty large kitchen with a dining area. Here is also the living room with sofa and TV. There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and close to them a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and a bath tub.
