We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice of accommodation! It's not a place for the stair-averse... the condo is on the second level, and the bedroom on the third. But otherwise, it was perfect! Everything was within a one-block stroll, including 12+ restaurants, a market, a cafe, a boulangerie, a creperie, shops, a tabac. And of course, Orient Bay Beach! Everything seems new-built since the hurricane destroyed the area, and they did it with tourists in mind. Lots of pastel colors - I think it's modelled on Bermuda. The communication with Sabrina (owner) and Maeva (rental manager) was fine, and Maeva gave a lot of local recommendations when we checked in. We'd absolutely stay there again!

This is a comfortable, air conditioned and spacious villa with a nice pool and a superb view of coast and azure Caribbean, with the Island of St. Barthes clearly visible across the waters. Lux master bedroom en suite with spectacular view through a wall of sliding glass doors. Ditto for living, dining and kitchen area and the two large and comfortable bedrooms en suite. Maayke and her colleagues quickly resolved the few issues during the month. TV streaming only and a bit tricky but workable with patience. Wifi strong with only one short outage. Pool and lawn well maintained, and twice weekly housekeeping simply superb. We were visited by Iguanas, geckos and twice by a family of monkeys. Well stocked and functional kitchen with fridge making lots of essential ice. And above all, the diverse peoples of this Dutch/French island were warm, engaging and patient with us. Spend some time in this paradise with its 36 beaches and well deserved culinary reputation. You will remember it

What an amazing moment we had at Catharina’s. Everything was perfect : from the communication with her to the time spent at the villa. Apartment well-decorated with great furniture and a kitchen well-equipped. Plus, she even thought about stuff for the beach such as chairs or cooler. The apartment is super clean, cozy and definitely in a quiet place. The terrace is nice to have breakfast/diner. I definitely recommend villa picobello. Catharina was really nice and sweet! Thank you for everything !

Host was very responsive. We always felt safe. Home is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, spectacular view from back patio. Pool was perfect in size, depth, temperature. Patio furniture provided relaxing places to lounge. Each comfortable bed was two twins together, with cotton sheets. Beach chairs, simple cooler bag provided to use. Sufficient water, AC, cooking utensils. Welcome treats were greatly appreciated. Extra towels and linens for peace of mind. Overall: safe, responsive host, clean, essentials provided, beautiful location. Highly recommend. Thank you for sharing your home.

We had a wonderful time at Olivier’s Blue Horizon Villa. We loved the privacy and views of the outdoor space and the spacious and comfortable interior with cozy bedrooms and a well-appointed kitchen. We had breakfast at home every day and even cooked a couple dinners in. We had one 11 year old boy who used the pool a lot, including night swims! We went without a car the first day and night and were able to easily walk to local beaches and restaurants but our crew included two women over 80 so we decided to rent a car for the remainder of our stay which allowed us to explore some different locations, beaches, sights and restaurants. The home was a little tricky to find in a cab but Olivier was very responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. Overall it was an excellent and memorable stay at a very special home.

We really enjoyed staying at this very quiet home with a gorgeous ocean view, pristine pool (that was cleaned 2x during our week there), only a 10 min drive from the airport, steps from beautiful Flamands Beach with a couple exquisite top tier restaurants, and a 20 min walk/hike to the spectacular Colombier Beach (feeding the turtles & chickens scraps of fruit & veggies at the start of the hike was a highlight). The host was quick & responsive with all my questions during our stay. The beach chairs were broken and not replaced during our stay but the host was off island and very apologetic. The dryer takes a long time to dry stuff but i think that is typical of dryers in Europe versus the USA. We opted out of the included maid service 2x weekly but that is a nice service if wanted. The home was extremely clean upon our arrival. The mini ping pong table was a fun addition that we played a few times. A bit pricey for just 2 people but welcome to St. Barths! We would come again!

Michael also provided key reservation links and apps, making bookings a breeze. The villa itself is stunning—elegantly designed, impeccably maintained, and surrounded by a lush tropical garden that creates a serene oasis. The crystal-clear pool, framed by vibrant greenery, was the perfect spot to unwind. The location balances privacy and convenience, with easy access to the island’s best beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Housekeeping was excellent—thorough yet unobtrusive. This villa exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a magical St. Barts getaway, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!
