A newly built Private Annexe with full bathroom & shower, a separate entrance at a quiet area in Cheadle village. 10 minutes walk from the high street with lots of shops including Costa, Starbucks, Tesco & Sainsbury's. 15-minute drive to Manchester Airport. Private parking space available. The room has two big radiators and is well-lit with three windows equipped with fancy shutters and blackout blinds for deep sleep. There's a gym within a 7-minute walk if you're into sports, swimming or spa.

There is a traditional English pub at the top of the road.

It's great for those looking for a comfortable, quiet place with free parking and WiFi. You can check yourselves in and get settled in no time. We have plenty of amenities nearby and you are perfectly located to get to most of Manchester by car or public transport. There is a projector with Netflix and surround sound for you to enjoy.

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.

Easy access to Old Trafford, Manchester Airport, Manchester City Centre, AO Arena, Manchester Royal infirmary, Chorlton Village. You will have the entire place, benefiting from all the essentials, such as , Microwave, kettle, Toaster, Fridge/Freezer, Wifi etc The guesthouse is located at the back of my home with a separate entrance.
