It‘s a cosy and quiet house at the edge of the village. The place is not too far up the valley and so even easy to get to by public transportation. For me, it was a perfect fit. Alessandro and Paola were right next door and available. Very friendly hosts!

I spent a weekend here for my birthday and I am so grateful I was able to spend my time there. It was more than I could ask for, awesome.

Rita’s apartment is very centrally located near the Grindelwald station. It was very comfortable with an extra storage room for ski equipment and suitcases. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and felt very much at home. Please note that like most places in Grindelwald there is a 30m elevation so those travelling by train with a lot of luggage should plan ahead. We highly recommend this home.

Autentisch renoviertes Rustico-Haus, in dem wir uns auch an regnerischen Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Das Haus wird mit dem Holzofen schnell warm und ist sehr gemütlich. Die Gastgeber Sandro und Petra sind äusserst hilfsbereit. Die Lage in Selma liegt zentral im Tal und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Familien-Zeit am Fluss. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This home is in a lovely location with the most gorgeous views. It's an amazing place to get away from the noise and bustle of a lively city. We enjoyed both of the double-decker balconies constantly and made the best memories!

We had the most wonderful stay in Grindelwald. Natalie went over and above to help, welcome and assist us from fetching us at the train station to providing really good advice on how to get the most out of this beautiful area (and the best pass to buy). We took her final tip on departure & thanks to her local knowledge; we enjoyed the most beautiful rail journey of our holiday. Thank you Natalie! The chalet was also perfect for our two adult, two teen family. It was exactly as described, spacious and we felt right at home. The property was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfy, the shower pressure excellent and the views breathtaking! The walk to town is very doable and it had easy access to the Terminal (albeit via a pretty steep, but short hill). We highly recommend this property.

Great host! Very nice and fast response to questions. Wasn’t sure where to throw trash and how the dish washer works. The freezer wasn’t working properly. but overall great stay and clean!

Outstanding! Kenzie is a phenomenal host, the house is spectacular, and the view can’t be beat. We are a family of five and had a wonderful time visiting Grindelwald and the entire Jungfrau region. We did not rent a car as we bought the jungfrau travel pass to ride buses, gondolas, and trains all over the area. Would highly recommend (easy to figure out and very convenient). From the bus it is about a 10 minute walk up the hill to the house but we enjoyed it. The house is of exceptionally high quality throughout with high attention to detail. It was even better than what we expected. Highly recommend.

Maya’s place was our idea of a getaway. You get to connect with the nature and get to experience a bit of the life of the locals. Maya was a super super host; we felt welcomed and right at home. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt auf der Axalp ! Das Chalet ist super geräumig, modern und perfekt ausgestattet auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

It is nice to place to stay. We would definitely come back. Child friendly, nice view, good sauna, cosy hause. It might be not easy to bring luggages, as you need to walk up to a hill, but it was not a problem for us.

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire dans ce magnifique chalet niché au cœur des montagnes! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmé par l'ambiance chaleureuse et le style authentique de la décoration en bois, qui rend le lieu à la fois confortable et accueillant. Le chalet est très bien équipé et les hôtes très sympathique, attentionné et surtout disponibles. Si vous rechercherez un séjour au calme, entouré par la nature, ce chalet est l'endroit parfait. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs inoubliables et recommandons ce lieu sans hésiter !!

Fantastic home and host. Very comfortable home for 2 families and very close and easy walk to everything! 20-30 seconds to bus stop… 1-2 minutes to Gemsstock Gondola… 3-4 minutes to cafes/bars/restaurants… 8-10 minutes to train station….

Ons verblijf in deze woning was fantastisch. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw, die ons meteen op ons gemak stelde en alles goed uitlegde. De woning was schoon, comfortabel en goed uitgerust, met een fijne sfeer in elke kamer. De bedden waren heerlijk, en de keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een gezellig diner. De gastvrijheid van de gastvrouw maakte het verblijf extra speciaal. Ze gaf ons uitstekende tips over de omgeving en was altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. De locatie was ideaal, rustig maar toch dichtbij het centrum. We hebben ook genoten van het mooie terras, waar we vaak buiten konden zitten. Kortom, een perfect verblijf! Wij raden deze woning van harte aan.
