What a fabulous house for a family break! So much space that for the 11 of us to spread out in,we never felt over crowded. The house was very well equipped,we could all comfortably sit down to eat. The garden was very safe for the children to run around in and it was such a quiet area. David was very responsive to any query I had. I think we could be back next year!

Lovely place very clean , it is a hill up to it if you have anyone elderly just be mindful car park was grand across the road you have to pay between us all it wasn't much and it's free in the evening till morning , everything was in the house hair dryers etc and everything is spotless great hosts

We were so lucky to find this at such short notice. Perfect location. (Turns out I came here 40 years ago with my parents). Very quiet and safe. Great for families and easy access to all the great beaches on the north coast. The lodge was virtually brand new and has everything you need for self catering. Everyone on the site was friendly. Nice play area and walks around the site especially with a toddler in tow. Highly recommend and we’ve already talked about coming back….. if they’ll have us. 😬

We had an extremely comfortable and great stay at Christopher's lovely place. It was very spacious, clean and easy to find. The location was peaceful and quiet, yet close to the town and most of the amenities. Hosts were very accommodating and caring. We would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cornwall.

Lovely, spacious, and modern property. Plenty of choice for outside seating too. exceeded expectations, more than matched the photos provided. Only advice I will give, which is not anything negative about the Property is be mindful if you have guests who aren't particularly mobile as there are steps up to the property and the driveway is up a fairly steep hill. We did also struggle to get a taxi, as didn't really seem to be all that often or available in this location from what we found and Uber just said it would be a very long wait. The Property itself was fantastic though, plenty of space for all of us. Myself, My Husband, My Sister, her Partner and children plus My Dad came for the weekend & there were three spacious double rooms, two with en suites and then the two singles in another room for My Niece and Nephew, so absolutely perfect for what we needed. Overall, very happy with this property & our Host was very friendly and super quick to reply to any questions. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay for my sons birthday. Was a short weekend visit. But we loved the natural surroundings and felt it was very private and peaceful. The cabin was equipped with everything you might need and the hosts were friendly and responsive. We hope to maybe come back with family and rent both cabins. We had the most wonderful stay at Swallow Parlour. From the moment we arrived, it was clear our hosts were exceptional – they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area surrounded by countryside, it was the perfect escape to unwind and switch off from the world. The enclosed garden was beautiful and private, a lovely space to sit and enjoy the stillness. Inside, the house had everything you could possibly need – so well thought out and comfortable. The log burner made it extra cosy in the evenings. The thoughtful touches really made it feel special: homemade scones with jam and cream waiting for us on arrival, fresh milk in the fridge, and gorgeous locally made Devon soap bars in the bathroom. It all felt very personal and generous. It’s in a great location too – with scenic walks nearby and just a short drive to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t wait to return!
