Very quiet and peaceful. Convenient location for anyone with activities at the University. Price was very reasonable, especially given the accommodations. Stayed two nights, but suitable for longer stay as well.

I really enjoyed my stay. I felt very at home. James had milk and butter there for me when I came. So I had the basics. It was clean. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was nicer than I expected and the price was great. James was very responsive when i contacted him. I would stay with James again. The neighborhood is unique. I love the green goat and RND.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. Thank you, for making my trip so memorable!

Bryan’s place was perfect for a overnight stay for my family as we moved my daughter out of Liberty after her freshman year. We will be back!

This apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It is only a 30 minute drive into Appomattox. It was a great value and is a perfect place for one person or a couple to stay. The apartment has everything you need and Rebecca even had a homemade loaf of banana bread waiting for me upon arrival. It was delicious. Thank you Rebecca. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in the Appomattox, Lynchburg area I highly recommend this apartment.

If I could give a separate host rating, I would give Mary Ann 10 stars. I couldn’t have felt more welcome, and I even got a full tour of the city. I am a remote worker, so having a dedicated office is such a luxury. I was able to relax on the weekends without thinking about work. This is a great place, especially for an extended stay. It’s comfortable, in a great neighborhood, and I have paid twice the price for places nowhere near as nice. It was exactly the escape I needed after the holidays, and I would not hesitate to book again.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The surroundings were gorgeous, the house was clean and beautifully decorated, and there were fresh-made cookies and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The hosts proactively gave clear instructions for where to park and how to get inside, and recommended their favorite local restaurant. The kitchen was spotless and very well equipped, and they even provided a clean, well-maintained gas grill. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to the area!

This was a great place for our family to stay while we were in town. We are a family of 4 kids so it’s nice when all 6 of us have a bed to sleep in. Katie’s place was very clean and welcoming. She was a great host, very good communication and had some nice recommendations for places to eat. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and the out door patio was a good retreat for some quiet in the evening. If heading to Lynchburg again, we would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing time at Francesca’s. I stayed for my graduation weekend and she decorated the place with graduation decorations! She made deserts that were absolutely amazing. On the day of my department ceremony she made 2 special deserts for my husband and I. She stayed in constant communication. If I’m in the area again I would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed at Cathy's place while visiting UVA. It was even more lovely than the photos. We had plenty of space and were so comfortable. The bed was heavenly and my daughter slept well on the sofa bed. The apartment had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. We both had work to do during our visit and we each had a separate workspace. It was convenient to UVA, restaurants, and shopping. It was so peaceful and quiet... I wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a very comfortable, clean, and beautiful place. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. I especially loved the second floor, on nice days, I really enjoyed the sunlight there. The large windows offer a great view of the outdoors. The hosts are very friendly and provided detailed instructions for everything along with restaurant recommendations. They were very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made everything so easy. Their warmth and kindness created such a welcoming atmosphere, and they paid attention to every little detail to ensure a comfortable stay. I truly enjoyed my time here. I would have loved to extend my stay, but unfortunately, the place was already booked for the following days. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

Joe & Renee have been great hosts. This is my 3rd stay here for business purposes. Their place is more affordable than local hotels, and conveniently located not too far from Lynchburg. I definitely intend to stay her again.

Great cozy spot in Lovingston! Ed was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. Despite all the rain we were able to have a lovely weekend getaway. Wineries and restaurant options close by.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cambell’s Crest! The apartment is much bigger than I realized, plenty of room to spread out and get settled for your stay. The washer and dryer were a helpful addition and we absolutely enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was just right and we enjoyed cooking several meals there. Quiet hours were quiet with no interruptions. Quiet neighborhood too. If the sound of little feet pitter pattering on the floor isn’t your thing you might choose another place, but we absolutely loved hearing those little feet that reminded us of our children when they were little. Plenty of parking too. Looking forward to staying here again!

Lenora's place was so cute and clean. It had all that we needed and was close to my sister. The apartment was so efficiently designed.

Nice little spot - perfect place to stay with 2-3 people and get on the slopes quick and easy. Rentals, gift shop, and bar on ground floor is very convenient.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Unit was exactly as pictured/described. Comfy beds, plenty of hot water, well stocked kitchen with good quality pots, pans, etc. Great amenities and nice touches like stocked coffee, creamer and popcorn. Owners were very responsive and flexible. Thank you!

Great location. Very close to campus at UVA and walkable to restaurants groceries. Quiet beautiful neighborhood. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean. Looking forward to returning next year. Also, Yates was a wonderful person.

Perfect for a quick getaway for my friends and I! The best part was being super close to the ski slopes/snow tubing and the late check out. We originally planned on just one day of skiing and snowboarding, but got to get in a couple extra hours with the late check out and close proximity. Thanks Carissa!
