Evans Corner-A Libby Original

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house that is just on the edge of town in Libby Montana. It is a quiet secluded neighborhood and backed on the J. Niels Park. It is a short drive to some great attractions such as the swinging bridge, Kootenai Falls and the Libby Dam. Lincoln , County is on the North boarder of Montana and boarders Canada and the West side boarders Idaho. Libby of less than 2,800 people is a town where you can come to relax and get away from a fast paced lifestyle.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch watching the eagles and other wildlife or fish from the riverbank. If you really want to get away and disconnect, this is the place for you.

Situated on 2 acres of private wooded land you can kick back and relax in this calm, quiet, stylish space located within 5 minutes from town. If you enjoy coffee, we have many options for you. Enjoy fresh roasted espresso beans to use with a Latte Go machine or coffee pot. We also provide a Keurig with a wide variety of pods. All of which you can enjoy seated outside around a propane fire pit. Also available for your use are a griddle, firepit and bikes for outdoor fun.

Equipped with all of the amenities, and located downtown, you are within walking distance to local shops, eateries, and the local brewery. This two bedroom home was built in 2019 and is conveniently located off of Highway 2, approximately five miles south of Libby. Farm to Market Store is a local favorite place to visit, featuring a lovely coffee shop, made from scratch bakery and deli, serving a variety of breakfast and lunch items. Kootenai Falls & swinging bridge is a 20 min drive and a must see if you have the time!

A beautiful cabin nestled in the Montana woods. Built in 2008 using traditional log construction, The Nest offers modern conveniences in a secluded setting: two bedrooms, soaking tub, separate shower, washer, dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher.
