Wow! Just Wow! Beautiful property in a great location. I plan to visit again and for longer

Jason’s place is adorable and overlooks the beautiful Oglethorpe Square. We took a Lyft to Tybee Island for a day, but other than that, we were able to walk everywhere. Seriously, anything you could want is within a few blocks, including a nearby CVS, which came in handy more than once. Also, the river front is a 5-minute walk and blew us away. We loved not having the hassle of a car/parking. The apartment is efficient and the bed is super cozy. The space is small but it doesn’t feel that way! Jason was responsive, friendly, and welcoming. We can’t wait to return.

Ron was all about making our stay comfortable. He had great response time to any questions or concerns we had. The residence was clean and had everything you would need like in your own home. The residence is only two blocks from a great city park with many activities to be had. Plenty of street parking was available. The residence was on the first floor made for easy access. We would stay again if ever in the area.

Stayed 3 nights at this property and it was worth every penny. We were able to walk to any location in the historic district. The one Uber we did take (mom didn’t want to walk) was quick and reasonable. The host recommended SO many places, and the few we did try lived up to the praise. Our first time in Savannah was a big success and a lot of that was the central location of this property. Highly recommend. No crazy instructions from the host to close up either, that’s always a plus.

We loved everything about the place. The apartment was spotless (and I'm really fussy about cleanliness) and the location couldn't be better for a visit to Savannah. It was wonderful having a designated parking spot too.

True to it's title, this place was a Garden Oasis! The courtyard was a fantastic place to hang out reading and drinking coffee. So many gorgeous plants and flowers and a lovely fountain. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Especially loved all the original artwork in the place, which is such a hallmark of Savannah. We enjoyed the map with suggestions of favorite restaurants and sites, particularly because there were a few on there we hadn't heard of before. (We spend quite a bit of time in Savannah.) Easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops and to Forsyth Park. Also no trouble finding parking. Would love to stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Victoria's place! The space is roomy and comfortable, really cool decorations all around! Location was also great and allowed us to explore nearby parts of Savannah. Victoria was also great at communicating, provided great instructions + recommendations, and was super flexible around check-in/checkout processes. Would highly recommend this listing!

Staying at this Air B&B was wonderful. There's so much to do in Savannah & the area was overall very nice. Street parking always free in the location, but due to the traffic rules on the street, that sometimes made it difficult to park- still not bad though. The owners did reach out to notify there was a possibility of a wifi outage which was very nice. The house was very clean & we enjoyed our stay there. The weather was perfect & we had a great time. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely stay and we especially loved how close it was to downtown, while having an interesting view of barges passing by. We loved the Bar Julian rooftop views, and the breakfast coffee and sandwiches from the nearby bakery. I would be hard pressed to find any improvements- the security system is a little loud in announcing when the door is opened and that’s near one of the bedrooms. The charger is for Tesla connector only- just note that if you have a different car. Overall this was a great stay with a premium kitchen, well stocked and great for us three couples.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michael and Anna’s place. It’s only a block to the beautiful Forsyth Park and there is plenty of free parking available. Michael and Anna gave clear instructions about paying attention to the street sweeping signs which was helpful. The house is located closer to the far end of the park but it’s still an easy walk to get to the historic district points of interest and great restaurants. The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and one bathroom. We appreciated having the washer and dryer with laundry detergent so we could do a load of laundry. The kitchen has nice full size appliances and plenty of extra small appliances, spices, plates, utensils, etc. We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen was equipped with everything we would have needed. The towels in the bathroom were nice, the beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft. There’s a front patio with chairs too. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this charming and cozy place. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Nice, peaceful neighborhood. We loved the square parks that were close to the place. We also felt we were close to a lot of attractions in Savannah, so we didn't need to drive into the city to do anything. We mostly walked all over the place: 15- 20 mins stroll, and we were where we wanted to be (City Market was about a 20 min walk, Forsyth Park was 15 mins). Parking was easy at the house as well - just need to mind street cleaning days.

From start to finish the service that the host Katie provided was exceptional. Great communication responded very quickly. All the information I needed was provided in a timely fashion. Upon arrival. The only thing I will say is if you’re driving too fast, you might miss the house because it’s literally the first one after the corner, but that had nothing to do with the host. The place was immaculate. Well laid out as described very clean and Very organized. Everything was where it was supposed to be the instructions were very clear and if I have questions she quick to answer. The pictures did not do justice because it was just a beautiful cozy sweet home. The area was quiet & everywhere I needed to get to was less than 12 minutes away. I have no complaints. I will definitely consider this place/host again if it’s available when I return to Savannah. Thank you ever so much, if I had more time I would’ve stayed longer.

Stayed for a long weekend Bachelorette trip, and had a great time! Adam gave us lots of recommendations for food and activities. He accommodated early check for us which was great because we were all traveling from other states. Overall was a great place to stay!

This is a beautiful home. It is well furnished and has everything you need. It is located in a great spot if you plan on staying in the historic district and want access to River street and the downtown area, you are in walking distance of everything. Another thing that is great about the property was the thoughtfulness of leaving brouchures and maps from all the local attractions on the coffee table to look through. We come down to Savannah every year and I will book this location again in the future.

The location of this place can't be beat. We really enjoyed easy walkable access to Forsythe Park and the grocery store. Sarah and Michael's place was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfy. The two outside decks were so nice to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed the king beds and 2 bathrooms. It was perfect for walking everywhere we went.

This place was beautiful! Smelled amazing and super clean. Beautifully decorated and perfectly located. Definitely will be coming back for future trips to Savannah!

Great location!! Easy check in and out, basically just leave (no cleaning procedures)! So many great extras like wine and snacks! Fully stocked bathrooms and really comfy beds! Cant beat the location for the price. Right next to forsyth park where the iconic fountain is.

We've had the absolute pleasure to stay at several of Michael and Sarah's properties. Each one has been unique, beautiful and made for an exceptionally pleasant stay. This little gem just happened to be available for a last minute, one night stay. Every little detail was well thought out and perfect. Comfortable beds, plenty of large, fluffy towels, and thin pillows, which is an absolute plus for us! (None of us like thick, bulky pillows that crank your neck and increase the chiropractic bills!) The only downside to our stay was that we couldn't stay longer! This beautiful home was approximately 2 blocks from gorgeous Forsyth Park. Tree lined, quiet neighborhood with easy, free parking right out front, which was wonderful as we arrived at 10:30 pm! We were so fortunate to find this little charming little home! You can never go wrong with one of Michael and Sarah's properties! They are ALWAYS top notch! Thank you for another fabulous stay!

We stayed in the historic district of Savannah for a long weekend and this place was absolutely perfect. The condo was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the hosts allowed us to check in early which was extremely helpful. The best part of this condo is the location! You’re one block from the city market and only a 5 minute walk from River street. Walk out the door and you’re greeted with the best shopping and food imaginable. The only thing to keep in mind is some noise at night time which I guess is to be expected on the weekends. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you Corey and Barbara! 😊

This was one of my favorite places to stay. The location could not be any better!! The only thing I would recommend is bring earbuds because right now the city is doing work on the bricks right outside of the bedroom (starts exactly at 7:30am on weekdays and is realllly loud). There’s nothing the owner can do about this, so she gave me a discount when she found out, which was really nice of her!! Honestly, even with this noise, the location makes this place worth it. As long as you’re an early riser (I am). Just come prepared. This place is worth it. It’s amazing.
