Mary foi extremamente atenciosa desde o primeiro dia de contato. O apto é muito confortável, lençóis e toalhas ótimas! Cozinha com todos os utensílios para o café da manhã. Garagem ótima e localização de fácil acesso para todos os lugares em LA. Super recomendo.

With 3 kids, I’ve become a germaphobe when it comes to them. I felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Truly immaculate!! The open space and cleanliness of it all made me feel so good about our stay. Communication was on point with any questions that we had. Definitely recommend this place to everyone staying in the LA area!! Thank you!!

La ubicación es excelente para moverse en auto por toda la ciudad, en un vecindario muy tranquilo y el lugar de estacionamiento es un plus inmejorable que lo hace el lugar perfecto para quedarse en LA. Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

Nicole's place was in a great location and perfect for a couple or small family. Having access to park a car was very convenient although we did not need a car as everything was within walking distance. Only steps from the beach and many restaurants. The space was clean and the full kitchen was great to cook meals if you wanted. There is a small market a few blocks away and a Von's within walking distance. We would definitely stay hear again.

We very much enjoyed the clean house and quiet neighborhood at Greg’s. It was located near our conference and close to restaurants and shops so we could walk everywhere. Thank you!

What a gem. Lovely place and tastefully decorated. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. This was in a quiet neighborhood and in a great location; close to the bay, 2nd street and the beach. Owner was quick to respond and great to work with.

Kitchen has everything you need. Laundry was easy to use. The house is comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is nice, about 5-10 minutes from the corner of Washington & National, where there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Target is about 15 minutes walk in the other direction, but I’d recommend uber. The bed was comfortable but on a pallet instead of bed frame, so it wasn’t great. I messaged the host and she advised they would fix soon.

Anthony's home was even better than we could have imagined - super comfortable, GREAT kitchen and living space, spotless, quiet, multiple outdoor spaces, and fantastic bathrooms. I couldn't imagine needing anything more, because he's thought of everything to make your stay comfortable including local spots to try. The checkin was totally seamless and the instructions were super clear. Anthony was very responsive when I communicated at booking/checkin/checkout and I'm certain he would be very responsive if anything came up during your stay (but nothing did for us!). The neighborhood is close to everything - great food, the beach, hikes, freeways, etc but is very quiet and there is tons of street parking. Highly recommend and we hope to stay with him for many more visits!

This Airbnb was amazing 10/10. Private, romantic, great view, clean, spacious, and so much more. The golf cart is a little on the older side, but it beats renting a golf cart for those crazy prices. The cart was reliable and convenient. The host was so flexible and provided rapid response to any questions I had. I would definitely come back.

Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

The stay was amazing! The place was very clean when we got there, felt right at home. The airbnb had a beautiful view from the balcony with 3 little waterfalls, everything was just amazing, my girlfriend and I were out doing stuff all weekend pretty much so I just wish we got to stay and enjoy the place more! There's plenty of stuff to do around the area and plenty of food options. It was very quiet and peaceful, we did not hear any neighbors at all at any point. Overall an amazing stay and hope to come back sometime!

What a perfect two-day stay we had at Oksana’s place! It was a home away from home. It had everything we needed plus more. We were able to use the Pack ‘n Play provided for our 14-month old. Our daughter also loved having several engaging toys to occupy her time. I personally loved the amount of space we had to stretch out. Everything is well stocked and provided for your comfort. It was refreshing coming to this location after a not-so-great experience at another Air BnB we had been at prior. As for the parking situation for us, we were able to find the same spot on the street corner both nights we stayed (Saturday and Sunday). Depending on street, you may have to move your vehicle when there is street cleaning too. Overall, though, I would definitely stay at this location again even with the street parking.

Rebecca is a wondeful host! The condo is super clean and made me feel right at home. The artsy environment gave off a calming vibe. restaurants, coffee shops and more all within a 10 minute walk. I can't wait to book my next stay here.
