Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Dachterrasse hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Lage ist super, in der Nähe aller wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Gastgebenden waren sehr leicht zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt 😊

Ήταν ένα θαυμάσιο σπίτι που ικανοποιούσε τις ανάγκες μας. Ο Dario, ήταν πολύ φιλικός και φιλόξενος και είχε προνοήσει για όλα όσα χρειαζόμαστε. Ενδιαφέρθηκε και κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας, αν τυχόν είχαμε ανάγκη. Είχε φροντίσει να υπάρχουν βασικά αναλώσιμα για το σπίτι, κάτι που δεν το συναντάς συχνά. Όλα τα δωμάτια ήταν ευρύχωρα με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Η θέα από τον 9ο όροφο ήταν καταπληκτική και σίγουρα θα απολαμβάναμε τα μπαλκόνια αν ο καιρός ήταν πιο κατάλληλος. Η περιγραφή του σπιτιού και οι φωτογραφίες ήταν ακριβώς όπως και στην πραγματικότητα. Σίγουρα δεν έχω κάτι αρνητικό να πω.

The appartment was exactly as we expected by the pictures! It was very hot, but there were two aircos to help us with that. Very smooth check in and out, lovely host!!

Vi hadde et flott opphold i den koselig leiligheten. Vi satte spesielt stor pris på den lille balkongen. Det var ryddig og rent og velutstyrt. Gangavstand til stasjonen, ca 15 min. Anbefales!

il mio soggiorno da Lorena è stato davvero perfetto. Lorena è stata davvero super gentile e disponibile, mi ha accolto il primo giorno e mi ha dato un sacco di consigli e mi ha aiutato anche dopo se avevo bisogno di qualche indicazione. Mi ha fatto entrare prima dell'orario di check in indicato dato che sapeva che arrivavo prima ed è stata gentilissima. La casa era perfetta come da descrizione, vicinissima neanche cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione, dunque perfetta se vi dovete spostare ad esempio per le cinque terre e vicina alla fermata per portovenere. È in una via pedonale piena di ristoranti e negozi e vicino al porto . La casa era perfetta, pulita e tutto come da descrizione e ha tutto il necessario per cucinare. Ha anche il condizionatore sia per l'aria calda che fredda. è stato davvero tutto perfetto e sono molto soddisfatta e Lorena è davvero un host impeccabile, persone così ce ne sono poche

Paulo was exceptionally helpful and responsive before and throughout our stay. The apartment was well equipped, clean and walking distance to each side of Imperia. You can tell Paulo has put thought into the apartment and takes pride in making his customers stay easy and comfortable. Would recommend for anyone visiting Imperia!

Host gentilissimo , stra consiglio!! Posizione strategica!

Siamo stati molto bene e l’appartamento è stato molto accogliente. La sera il centro storico di genova purtroppo pullula di tossici che smerciano droga, prostitute qua e là e ubriachi che spaccano bottiglie a terra e sui muri, motivo per cui siamo rientrati in casa sempre abbastanza presto e ci siamo goduti in tranquillità il grande openspace dell’appartamento.

Abbiamo soggiornato un paio di giorni nell'alloggio di Flavio.L'alloggio era come descritto tutto ok.Flavio e la signora Lucia suoer ospitali e disponibili.

Un appartamento meraviglioso in una città meravigliosa. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e per noi è essenziale. Grazie mille per l’ospitalità e spero di tornare prestissimo! Super consigliato!

Vielen Dank an Adeline, die uns anstelle von Simone empfangen und betreut hat. Wohnung sehr sauber mit vielen Details. Nespresso Maschine etc. Badezimmer mit allem was man braucht. Wir wurden mit frischer Foccacia und Prosecco beim persönlichen check in empfangen. Unterkunft im traumhaften Rolli Palast. Die Lage ist perfekt inmitten der Altstadt. Adelina war unvergleichlich aufmerksam und gab uns so viele Ratschläge zu Restaurants/Ausflügen etc. Wir lieben die Restaurants "delle Grazie", Cavour modo 21" , "Cacio e pepe" - (alle nur mit Reservation) und die Stadt Genua und ihre netten Leute!Danke vielmals für alles!

Ons verblijf was fantastisch. Het appartement had mooie hoge plafonds, de douche was lekker, de bedden ook. En Antje had info klaargelegd over restaurants, winkels. We zijn bij drie restaurants wezen eten, ontbijten en het was allemaal top en smaakvol. De locatie is echt goed, je bent overal binnen 10 minuten. Ook fijn dat er thee en water en koffie was en de communicatie met Antje was top. We konden alleen het sleutelkluisje niet goed open krijgen, maar uiteindelijk lukte het wel.

Alloggio molto accogliente a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Piazza Principe. La struttura dispone di tutti i comfort e si trova in un posizione ottimale per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse a piedi. Host molto gentile e disponibile

Notre séjour chez Alies à Dolcedo a été merveilleux ! Nous étions 2 adultes, 2 adolescents, un enfant. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le logement très propre, décoré avec soin et goût. La literie est très confortable (sur matelas, oreillers mouelleux, draps anciens en coton/lin). Le jardin est très agréable avec plusieurs propositions de la petite terrasse fraîche le matin pour boire notre café à la grande table sous la pergola avec vue sur le clocher du village. Dolcedo est un village magnifique et peu touristique, ce qui lui donne toute son authenticité. Nous avons pu profiter des lacs de montagne de Lechiorre et de la plage avec ses délicieuses Gelato à Porto Maurizio. Alies a été très accueillante et de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons !

Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Gerade für mit einem Hund ist es sehr schön gelegen, gute Spatziergang möglichkeiten.

Great apartment. Right in the heart of the old town. Many restaurants were nearby. The area is a bit of a maze and I found it a bit confusing but the hosts instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It was a great place to get the feel of the culture of the city.

Excellent séjour en famille (6 personnes de trois générations différentes). Appartement encore plus grand et plus agréable que la description faite sur le site et les photos. Extrêmement bien situé entre la gare d'où partent les trains pour visiter tous les villages des Cinque Terre et le centre-ville de Levanto qui mérite également d'être visité, accessibles tous deux à 10 mn à pied. Nous aurions aimé profiter des 2 magnifiques terrasses mais le mauvais temps ne nous l'a pas permis !

La struttura è un residence con tutti i confort, il mare è raggiungibile a piedi da un sentiero piuttosto impegnativo, per comodità abbiamo sempre usato la macchina considerando che in bassa stagione si trova agevolmente parcheggio sul lungomare.

The home was exactly what I was looking, a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy nature. Close to all the places you might need to get to in the area e.g. Camogli, Portofino, Santa Margherita etc. If you don’t have a 4x4 you can leave the car in a free on street parking spot (which is a luxury for the area) and walk a couple of minutes to the home like we did, no big deal it’s part of the experience. If you have a 4x4 you can drive directly to the home. Alice and Jeo were always happy to help. The home has clearly been recently renovated and furnished with good taste and most importantly it was clean. I would certainly recomend it to fellow travellers.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben,für uns perfekt. Auch eine sehr gute Ausgangslage,um all die Ortschaften um Imperia herum zu erkunden,wobei auch Imperia sehr viel zu bieten hat. Die Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und die Kommunikation äusserst herzlich. Sogar ein kleiner Osterhase begrüsste uns als wir Sonntags von unserem Ausflug zurück kamen. We had an amazing stay at Michael's place. It was beautiful, nicely equipped, super quiet and perfect for some relaxing days in this fantastic wine region.

Wer Ruhe, Komfort und Natur sucht, kann eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem traumhaften Haus erleben. So wie wir. Schon bei der Ankunft spürt man das besondere Zuhausegefühl. Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich geräumig, mit zahlreichen gemütlichen Ecken, in denen jeder seinen Lieblingsplatz findet. Besonders beeindruckend: die fantastische Küche: top ausgestattet, großzügig geschnitten. Auch Grillfreunde kommen mit dem Gasgrill voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Ruhe und Weitläufigkeit des Grundstücks laden zum Entspannen ein – ob mit einem Buch vor einem der zwei Kamine oder mit Blick auf den Salzwasserpool und die umliegenden Weinberge, der Alltag ist hier schnell vergessen. Unsere Vierbeiner konnten sich frei auf dem gesamten Grundstück bewegen und waren sichtlich glücklich. Auch ein großes Lob an Armin, unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort: sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für Tagesausflüge, z.B. nach Asti, Alba oder Turin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genommen. Angefangen vom Checkin verlief der Aufenthalt reibungslos. Das Apartment lädt abseits von vielen Menschen zum Entspannen und wohlfühlen ein. Zu zweit ist wirklich mehr als genug Platz geboten. Die Wohnung empfanden wir als sehr sauber und gepflegt. Den Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht testen. Für uns war kein Wunsch offen. Supermärkte sind super mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir abseits von der Stadt wohnen wollten. Zum Meer haben wir meistens je nach Stelle so 20 Minuten Fahrzeit- einfach perfekt.
