My family had a wonderful family weekend here. The apartment was in the best location for walking around NC State and getting to downtown Raleigh and restaurants. Each of my adult children had their own bedroom and own bathroom, which was fabulous. Look forward to staying here again.

Great stay! The place was exactly as described. Matt was great to communicate with and had responded quickly when there was an issue with the WiFi. Appreciate the cleanliness and the eco friendly products in the bathroom and kitchen. Easy walk into downtown. We are enjoyed both of the food recommendations offered.

We came into town for a hockey game at Lenovo Center and were pleased to find how close we were to the arena! It's not a super walkable area, but is a super easy and quick drive. Shannon gave us detailed and helpful instructions with photos on how to access the parking spot and get into the house, which was great. We were also granted early check in, which was an awesome surprise! The apartment itself is beautiful! Perfectly decorated, comfortable, modern, and clean. It is bright and airy, with live plants and a spacious shower. There was even fresh coffee and a filter already waiting in the pot for us! Such a thoughtful detail. The HVAC and multiple ceiling fans made for a comfortable climate. The space felt private, as it is fully detached from the house and above the garage. The parking space is in the drive immediately below, so a convenient spot for unloading bags. We would definitely choose Shannon's place again on our next Raleigh trip! Much better than a hotel!

Great place, walk out to broad st, downtown southern pines and enjoy the amazing place and all it has to offer.

We stayed there for 28 days, because of we open our New showroom at Goldsboro as a Regency Furniture. Home was very clean and peaceful, harmonious area and close with everything (shopping canter etc…) thank you 💐💐

We enjoyed alitas place! It was quiet clean and very spacious. Alita pays attention to detail when cleaning. There are books, games and a pool table. We were impressed with the space and cleanliness. Loved the creek too. We would stay here again.

Great home in Raleigh; close to downtown and easy to get to! Quiet street and friendly neighbors! Nice area to walk around and the outside deck was enjoyable! Just as pictured and clean! Highly recommend for visiting downtown Raleigh, like we did, and close to NC State as well. Quick, responsive and clear communication from booking to checking out!

Awesome stay in a very spacious apartment. Plenty of room, and comfortable furniture. It was nice to have coffee on the deck in the morning, and I found the bed to be very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Clean space with comfortable beds and Amanda was quick to respond. It's located in a quiet neighborhood between Raleigh and Cary with a short drive to restaurants, parks, and downtown.

Tysons place was very nice. We had a hotel booked but there were discrepancies on the booking when we got there. We are so thankful Tysons place was available and he was willing to work with us. We had a peaceful comfortable private place to stay.

This place was great for our short golf trip. Walking distance to the putting green and driving range as well as the Pro Shop.

The condo is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway to Pinehurst! Very clean and comfortable. Location is wonderful - you are <10 mins away from anything you would want to do in the area. Jesse was an excellent host - extremely accommodating and communicative. I would definitely recommend staying here!
