Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

Cosy self contained studio next to, but separate to our family home located on the outskirts of Newport. 20 minute walk to the town centre and local amenities. 10 minute walk to the historic Carisbrooke castle and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

Short drive to some of the islands wonderful beaches. With a comfortable master bedroom with a double bed and twin beds in the second bedroom, Fircones is ideal for families, cyclists, walkers and anyone who enjoys escaping to the country. Brook Cottage is a cosy, characterful cottage which you will have entirely to yourselves. It is located in the South West of the island, set in peaceful surroundings with uninterrupted views and many stunning walks to enjoy straight from the cottage door. There is a great pub in Shorwell which is about a mile away and an easy stroll. All the island attractions are easily accessible by car. If you are working on the island there’s a desk and speedy WiFi.
