Excellent little hotel. Lovely big, comfortable bed, excellent shower, most amazing, friendly staff, in particular the younger ones in the cafeteria and the Outstanding, fast and efficient laundry service. Good breakfast included and Carlos is an excellent, friendly host, always willing to help. Would stay here anytime. The only thing to be aware of is that a very small number of rooms, the ones in the centre on the 3rd floor have windows that open up onto the laundry room which can be noisy, so maybe ask to change if you're someone that needs things silent for bedtime.

Perfect base for a night at the beginning and end of a Yasuni National Park trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was in a good location, within walking distance of the dock and a few minutes taxi ride from the airport. Communication was good, and there was a friendly welcome on arrival.
