From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

Bad weather? Just cozy up to the fireplace and watch the storm.

A 1940's Beach Cottage located on the Salishan Bay in Lincoln City. A short walk and your toes are in the sand. The home features a cozy gas fireplace, new windows and laminate floors. The home is decorated in beach theme. Even on a gray day the large south facing windows bring in bright light. Hear the ocean at night with the window cracked open or sit outside on the deck having your morning coffee. Well behaved pets are welcome at $40.00 or enjoy the hot tub for $40.00.

By the Waves is a 5-plex offering ocean view lodging in a beach-side community. This is our street level suite that sleeps four. There is a gas fireplace and a Jacuzzi tub! Walk right out the door to the stair-free beach access! Watch the waves from our ocean views while sitting at the dining table, lounging in the living room or even while cooking on the stove in our fully equipped kitchen. As a long-time, company policy, we require your address when you book.
