This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

MidMod Beach Retreat Great View! 800 ft to beach

Mid Mod Beach Retreat is a perfect place to stay while you visit Lincoln City. Guests love the gorgeous sunsets moonsets, and wild deer; also the decor, location, and 800ft walking distance to the beach. We now have a wonderful relaxing hot tub to offer our guests, $ 50 fee to use during your entire stay. Lets us know if you want to use it, so we can send a payment request and unlock it. Well behaved pets welcomed $50 fee. No Parties No smoking on property No unauthorized guests or pets

Beach cottage, newly remodeled, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to 11 st beach access, outlet mall and well known restaurants. You'll find total relaxation by the fire on the patio, in the hot tub under the stars or with a cup of coffee on the deck as the sun rises.
