House of Blue is a cottage on our property offering two queen bedrooms & 1.5 baths. The outdoor area features front porch seating, back deck seating, fire pit, picnic table, optional grill & plenty of lighting at night. Please note: There are stairs to enter home and there may be noise from vehicles passing by as we are on a busy road. Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 & 20 mins to I-40.

This delightful tiny house in the woods can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a full kitchen, loft bedroom, bathroom w/ full tub and shower, and living area.
