Historic Limestone Cabin with Loft in the Country

My place is a historic limestone building with a loft, located on my family farm. One mile away from the interstate and 6 miles north of Ellsworth, you’ll love its convenience as much as its coziness, history, and quaint charm. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers that are looking for a unique experience in the country that isn't too far off the beaten path. This is a private building near the main farmhouse with its own living space, kitchenette, bathroom, and loft bedroom (queen).

Quiet place on the edge of town pet friendly

Quiet area with a lot of area around the property to park vehicles or boats. 5 acres around the house if your pets need to stretch their legs. Located 8 miles from wilson lake if you enjoy boating, swimming , fishing, or just enjoy being around the lake. Nice local cafe, and service station with a small grocery area. Laundromat a block away. Local liquor store and a theater. If your into art there are a couple art attractions in town also the garden of eden. Firepit area coming this spring!

Old Farmhouse Lodge

Come enjoy the quiet country with wide open spaces in a 100 year old limestone farmhouse. This is a great place for hunters with several "walk in hunting" places in the area, and we offer a dog kennel. Are you wanting a peaceful place to enjoy the Kansas breeze and relax, this is your place. If you enjoy ATV riding or bicycling there are several country roads to ride with beautiful views directly from the house. We are about 15 minutes from Lincoln, KS and about 20 minutes from Beloit, KS.

Plenty of free parking on the property. Dorrance is a very safe, family friendly, area. Wilson Lake is a short drive away where you can swim, hike, bike, fish, boat, and kayak!

Step back in time amidst antiques and family heirlooms where each room tells a story. The upstairs sitting room is a tranquil retreat. Sylvan Grove is a small prairie town in Post Rock Country, just a few miles from Wilson Lake & I-70! A sanctuary for weary travelers & lake escape for friends & family!

Quiet country stay just off I-70 with a playground and no pet fee! We welcome you to our rehabbed 1906 guest house with modern comforts on 10 acre farm. Double bed, twin bed, couch, futon in loft. New tiled bathroom with rainfall shower & wand, kitchenette, coffee station, record, CD & cassette player, games, packnplay, iron & board, smart TV, back deck, goldfish in tank to feed, horses and cattle, and farm cats. PETS MUST BE KENNELED WHEN NOT PRESENT

Our home is perfect for hunters, families, traveling workers, or even just a cozy night stay after a long drive. Located on the far end of main street, you'll be within walking distance of the historic downtown business district. The home sits on a half-acre lot, with plenty of street parking, and a ramp for added accessibility. This is a historic home, moved from a farm into town, then restored beautifully by the granddaughter of the original owner.

Mainstreet Loft

Built around 1906, this loft apartment in downtown Lincoln has been fully renovated with new everything. New hardwood floors, new furniture, new kitchen, new exterior balcony, new plumbing, new wiring, new everything! Having said that, all the historic charm of this historic "post rock" limestone building have been maintained including an exposed brick wall and an original skylight along with salvaged wood and doors.

The Stodola LLC

You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic place located just 2.5 miles from Wilson Lake. The Stodola was originally built in 1910 as a dairy barn. (In fact, the word "stodola" means "barn" in Czech.) The Stodola LLC was established in 2023 with a full renovation of the building and the homestead. Come stay and share all the amenities that country life has to offer!
