Centrally located, we are within a few minutes drive to the State Capitol, the University of Nebraska, and Lincoln's three hospitals. Along driveway that can park 3 midsized vehicles. A completely fenced-in smaller backyard with an all seasonal back patio for you to enjoy.

This centrally located house has been tastefully remodeled and has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Close to shopping, grocery, hospitals and parks and less than ten minutes to downtown; there are driveways off two through streets for convenient transportation. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, additional hang out areas and a nice dining area. The back has a great screened sunroom with bar top to sit at, complete with a six person hot tub.
