We have stayed at Woodyard Cottages before. Previously we stayed in one of the apartments in the front building, and liked it. Mark and Melanie are both very friendly and responsive, and location is perfect for us to visit family members who all live within 10 min walk. This time we stayed in the newer cabin. All are great value and excellent. There is ample parking and it is quiet, safe neighbourhood. The location is rural countryside, with horse stables nearby. One of them belongs to our family members. For eating out, we found The Anchor Inn to be excellent for our large group. Their traditional carvery lunch, with good veggie options, and lovely airy setting with play ground for young ones was perfect for us. There are also Indian and Chinese takeaways which are quite popular.

A great weekend by the coast in a lovely large 3 bed apartment, ideal for our family of 5. Debbie was very accommodating with the last minute booking, the apartment was everything we expected and more. We will stay again.

we loved everything about our stay. the flat was lovely. there were lots of places to visit- National Trust, English Heritage, Southwell Minster, Kingsmill reservoir and Morrisons just 5 mins walk away. - they do a lovely breakfast! We've booked to come.e back for a week after Christmas!

Good location shops and restaurants walking distance, very comfortable room and quiet. I have stayed a couple of times and would go back again.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect and well worth the money. Lauren and linda are both lovely and responded quickly to any questions you may have. Id definitely love to stay again and recommend doing so. It was a pleasure thank you

We stayed a year ago but liked it so much we went back again!! The place is still pristine! You can also buy drinks downstairs and taste up with you. Kitchen really well equipped. Lots of treats left for us. Exceptionally clean!

Gorgeous stay over the bank holiday weekend. Very peaceful location yet close to local amenities. Walks on the doorstep and a nice paddock to rent up the lane. Secure area at the back of the property for our dogs. Excellent kitchen and bathroom. Easy to communicate with hosts who live next door and always on hand whilst leaving you to it.

Leah's place was a great option for an event at the Ice Arena. It's so central, close to many bars and restaurants. The arena was right across the road! I've stayed in many air b and bs and I have to say the beds were among the comfiest! The apartment was clean, had a huge terrace outside and despite the location was very quiet! Leah was incredibly responsive any time I had to message. We're already planning to return, highly recommended.

Had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful place, sad to he home. the apartment was lovely and very homely with everything you need and more, Its a nice short walk into the town centre, the area is so peaceful and calming and everyone is so friendly, lots of nice walks close by for the doggies. The hosts have put alot of effort into creating a welcome pack to help you get to know the area and what's close by. Thank you so much would 100% recommend

I loved the space, right in the town centre, unfortunately I was a bit to busy with work to appreciate the area but hopefully I will return in the future for a more relaxed stay

We had a great stay at Alisons abode, and enjoyed our overnight stay immensley. Having travelled along way , and spent a few hours at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at Spilsby, ( well worth a visit ) .. we needed somewhere to relax and recover, and found that at Alisons place ..

Wonderful stay with our grandsons for 2 nights over Easter. Position couldn’t be any better with such close access to the beach. The eldest grandson aged 10 said he would “ definitely recommend it”! Very handy to have a private parking space as we know from past experience how busy the car park can get especially in the height of the season. It was also nice to have access to the small outside play area after closing hours of the cafe as it meant the boys could let off a bit of steam before bedtime. Overall a great stay and the grandsons are already asking when can we do it again!

A very relaxed location for a City stay. Little through traffic. A great neighborhood cafe is just below - we appreciated the reassuring cafe activity+ great pizza and breakfasts on the doorstep. I'm sure we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay for two weeks. Michelle was very friendly and helpful allowing us to check in early so we weren’t waiting with our suitcases and nowhere to go. The place itself is lovely - spacious but cozy, very clean, comfortable beds and plush towels. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Location is great. Just a few minutes walk to the local asda for groceries and a bus stop into town or the train station. Lots of parking if you drive. We had a great time and would definitely return again. Quiet, private, comfortable, clean, with added little extra's that make all the difference when staying in an Air band B. Could not fault anything - best place to stay when in Gainsborough - Louise is a star .

A great apartment within walking minutes to the city centre. Clean and tidy, a comfy, linen fresh bed, full kitchen with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, washing up accessories if needed. Kieran was a great host, great speedy communication, very clear arrival instructions. A friendly gated apartment area, would recommend. Thank you Kieran.

Sam's place was really nice and and very well designed and decorated. It had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Sam is very helpful and her responses are really quick which was really kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to book again.

Stayed at Kirsty before. Its a convenient spot for us to stay at and see the grandchildren. Kirsty is a friendly host and the communication was excellent.

Great cosy basement room - everything spotless. Really easy to checkin in - lots of clear instructions. 5 minute (uphill!) walk to a lively parade of bars restaurants and shops. A lovely stay.

Had a really lovely stay, parking was a massive bonus and lovely little touches of a multi functional phone charger, washing machine tablets, spare toothbrush and toothpaste in case you forget. Overall really pleasant and will definitely stay again

We had a great stay at Karen's place as part of a trip to the new parkrun that opened up, and to explore some of the local areas! It was a great little home from home, well equipped with everything we needed for a weekend away, great location and friendly host. Enjoyed watching the birds in the hedges from the kitchen, some local fish and chips and looking around Woodhall Spa 😁. Will stay again if ever back in the area!

Amazing place. Will absolutely stay here again. A peaceful retreat amidst the busy city. Great location and great for people watching.
