A great place to stay which ticked all our boxes. Good parking , peaceful area , good size rooms , lovely garden. A short drive to Cleethorpes, going through lovely villages to get there. Deborah was great with answering my questions . Definitely will return

Great place to stay and everything was perfect. Would totally recommend this house. We stayed there with two families with children and dogs for a weekend and it’s just perfect for us. The host was so friendly and responsive Thank you for making it an enjoyable stay for us.We would happily book again.

We had a great weekend stay at Ryan’s place. The welcome bottle of Prosecco is a great added touch as well as recommendations for the area. The house was as described and is lovely and clean. The hot tub is a great bonus which was heated for when we arrived. The area is lovely and a short walk into town which has great restaurants and bars. We will definitely be returning!

This is a great location if you want somewhere close to Grimsby but don't want to stay in Grimsby. Helen was great as she gave us very clear directions as to how to find the place and was then there to meet us on arrival, showed us around the house and how everything worked. The house has been finished to a very standard. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we will book it again if we are back in Grimsby on business.

Had a great stay just a couple of minutes from the beach the place was very quiet and very welcoming the host are great with there communication and on hand if we needed them will recommend to friends and family and will visit again in the future thank you Lisa and Andy

One of the easiest five star reviews to write. The annex was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, squeaky clean and very well appointed kitchen. It had everything you could want to cook a decent meal. The veranda area is a veritable sun trap and a beautiful place to rest over a glass of wine at the end of the day. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. claire and Neil really have thought of everything - even the loo paper is posh!

We had a great stay. The place was exactly as described. Comfy beds and had everything we needed. Secure garden which was great for our dog too.

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

Peta’s lovely flat was a perfect place to stay for our family wedding at Aswarby Rectory. Peta was quick to respond to our messages, offering good advice on places to eat and taxis etc. The flat was warm, clean and well equipped, we enjoyed sitting chatting in the beautiful lounge. We didn’t stay long enough to make use of the lovely garden. There’s plenty of space to park two cars. Just across the road is Tablez bistro, thoroughly recommend their breakfasts. Many thanks Peta.

A very nice flat in a quiet location. Clean, fresh and well equipped. Everything worked as expected. The internet was very stable and fast enough for my easy tasks such as reading documents and messaging. Would definitively stay again.

We had a great stay at Mark's place, excellent value for money and perfectly situated a very short walk from the beach, pier and arcades as well as being close to the Cleethorpes town centre. Mark was very communicative and was very helpful, providing extra bedding when we requested it on the same day. We would definitely recommend to friends/family and we will definitely be staying here again.

A lovely little place with lovely hosts. The place is decorated really nicely, very clean, the whole site was lovely and the little enclosed garden was so nice to sit in when the sun was shining. Owners dogs can be a bit barky at times, which if you're in the annex attached to their house, is quite loud, but we're dog people so it didn't hugely bother us and didn't last too long. We'd definitely stay again!

I have stayed in Kelly's accommodation before, my friends absolutely loved Kelly's accommodation and would definitely stay again.

Une étape entre folkestone et stirling qui débute notre voyage pour l’écosse. Un logement de très grande qualité, des propriétaires très compréhensifs et réactifs. Vraiment parfait pour notre première nuit, dans un cadre parfait, des chambres et des literies comparables à un grand hôtel. Une grande chambre qui pourrait accueillir un écrivain de roman policier. Un très grand merci pour Anna et Ian pour leur gentillesse et leur compréhension.

Had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful place, sad to he home. the apartment was lovely and very homely with everything you need and more, Its a nice short walk into the town centre, the area is so peaceful and calming and everyone is so friendly, lots of nice walks close by for the doggies. The hosts have put alot of effort into creating a welcome pack to help you get to know the area and what's close by. Thank you so much would 100% recommend

We had the most wonderful stay at 1 Glenesk. Everything was perfect in this quirky apartment and Harriet, the host, was extremely responsive to any queries. Comfy bed, cosy lounge and perfectly situated to enjoy the delights of Woodhall Spa. Can’t recommend enough. 5 *****

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Paul’s place - it’s homely and has everything I need. It’s in a beautiful location with a balcony looking onto the river.

Healey House Annex is an excellent Airbnb. The accommodation is spacious, super clean and well equipped. What sets it apart is all the little extras Martin provides. Martin is a great host and more than deserves his super host status. Braunston is a delightful village and the views from the accommodation are magnificent. This place is an ideal base to explore everything Rutland has to offer.

Excellent and helpful host. Lovely apartment with street parking immediately outside the door. Apartment has everything you need. Very clean and modern. Comfortable en-suite bedrooms. Spacious lounge with kitchen in one corner with everything there. Good sized smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar to connect to your phone. Great little secure yard area should you need to let dog out between walks. Peaceful at night, good nights sleep. Convenient local store a few steps away. A few further steps and you’re at the local breakfast bar:)

Well laid out and homely apartment in the centre of the town with all amenities within a 5 minute walk. The gated yard was great for the dog with easy access to some beautiful walks. We would Highley recommend and would not hesitate to book again.

We had a fantastic few days at Mayfield. Sue was a great host, always quick to respond and very helpful. Mayfield was extremely comfortable and everything was top quality. The conservatory and back garden are a real haven of tranquillity and made for a really peaceful and relaxing few days. Sue had left us lots of little extras and there was a fabulous selection of teas too! It was an easy, short walk into Oakham which was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sue’s place.

We stayed at this house as an opportunity to meet up with friends at short notice. The host was extremely helpful from the moment we booked, super responsive, answering all of my questions, provided good recommendations for food and drink locally and the house was clean and well presented. It was the perfect place to have a catch up with friends, super chilled, ample parking and a 10 minute walk into the town. Would highly recommend. Thank you 😊
