The rental is conveniently located near Costco, Yuba College, Beale Air Force Base, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Toyota Amphitheatre, and the cities of Marysville and Yuba City. Access to CA-70 is within 5 minutes. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the house provides will you with all the necessities for a comfortable homely visit. Note: Garage is not accessible.

This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.

With the entire apartment to yourself it can be a perfect retreat, a romantic weekend, or a quiet work/study space. A place to relax, meditate, read and feel a world away from everyday concerns.
