Comfortable Guest House on our 32-acre family farm located next to a picturesque Amish area. Nearby parks and access to recreational activities along the Tennessee River -- hiking, swimming, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Loretta Lynne's Restaurant/Event Park - 30min. Kitchen for guests to prepare meals and snacks. Guests are welcome to tour the farm. Only one guest group (individual, couple or small group) occupies the Guest House building at any one time, so complete privacy during your stay.

You'll find the spring fed stream is on a private lane that brings you into Peaceful Hills! The Lodge, Cabin & Cottage is where you’ll definitely enjoy some peace & quiet!

TN River Cabin - Relax, Hunting, Fishing & a Yeti!

Welcome to our Lake House! Get the S'mores ready and bring your whole crew! and watch out for BIGFOOT! Our Family has made some wonderful memories here over the years and want you to as well. This is the perfect place unplug & get some peace & quiet! Perfect for hunting, fishing, and water enthusiasts (boats are welcome but not included, plenty of parking). It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina w a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation and/or adventures begin!

River Rest

This is an amazing fully renovated cabin on almost 5 acres that you can walk right out the front door and access the water. We are located on a bay of the TN river where Tom's Creek flows in. Incredible bird watching & star gazing. Bring your kayaks, paddleboards or bass boat. When the water is up anchor out front or store at a nearby marina. There is a boat ramp on this bay although it's pretty bare bones. Mousetail Landing State Park which has newer ramps is only 13 miles away.

Enchanting Christmas Cottage for Holiday Getaway

Enjoy the holiday season in this country cottage on the creek. The house is fully and adorably decorated for Christmas from now through January 6th (or longer upon request). There is a cozy gas fireplace indoors and a fire pit outdoors. It's a beautiful drive through the countryside to this remote location. Just 15 minutes from the quaint Historic Downtown Clifton, situated on the picturesque Tennessee River. The town looks like a Hallmark Christmas movie during the holiday season!

River Run Cottage at Horseshoe Bend Farm

Welcome to River Run Cottage! Our 280 acre farm has views of the beautiful Duck River Valley & has 3 mi. of private river frontage. The cottage is located adjacent to our winery tasting room, open Thurs. - Sunday. (Horseshoe Bend Farm Wines) We also grow blueberries and offer picking opportunities for a real farm experience. Canoeing/Kayaking, Fishing, Hunting, Horseback Riding, ATV and Hiking experiences located nearby. Near I40, Loretta Lynn’s Ranch and 1 hr. to Nashville.

My studio cabin is surrounded by hardwood trees, walking trails, and graceful meadows. There are plenty of family-friendly activities nearby including a disc golf course, The Farm Community, antique shopping, Amish markets, and the best BBQ in Tennessee. You’ll love staying in this quiet, peaceful cabin in the woods because of its coziness, high ceilings, natural light, and location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Pets are welcome with advance notice.

Take a hike down our scenic trail to the beautiful clear waters of Indian Creek. Wade in the rapids, cast for a small mouth, or just simply kick back and meditate in these beautiful surroundings.

The Treehouse Cabin

Beautiful, secluded property 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Feels like a treehouse! Guests have access to entire property. The apartment has a kitchen, bed, bathroom, and fireplace. There is a large living room with a sitting area, pub table, big screened TV, and couches. To top it all off, guests have a screened-in gazebo with a gas fire pit. You can not beat the serenity or the views! Only 5 minutes to local stores & restaurants.

Cozy Pine Log Home

We hand built this 2400 sq.ft home/cabin with local, pine logs, straight out of our wooded Tennessee hills. We did most of the work and designing on this and were able to put a personal touch to the work inside and out . We would like to invite you to come and enjoy it. Relax in a comfortable cedar rocker on the covered wrap around porch and if you're quiet you might glimpse deer ,or any other of the many kinds of wildlife.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our cozy bunkhouse is minutes from historic Leiper's Fork, 20 minutes from popular downtown Franklin, and 45 minutes from Nashville. Located next to the Natchez Trace Parkway, our bunkhouse offers something for everyone! For hikers and cyclists, the Parkway provides miles of peaceful, low traffic walking trails and riding options along this scenic route.

Cottage By The Creek (One Hour (W) of Nashville)

Cottage by the Creek is a 600 sq ft converted grain barn built in the early 1900's. We've converted the space into a light and bright one bedroom, with a loft. There is a fully functional kitchen and custom bath with tile shower. The 30 ft front porch offers views of the cattle farm across the street and the year round flowing creek. Or enjoy the back patio with hot in and fire pit.
