The location is out of the city, yet just a couple miles from all of the stores you need. The little cabin is nestled down our shared private and peaceful driveway, with views of cattle grazing in the pasture right off the front porch at the right time of year. Our big screen projector and fire pit are two amenities you'll be sure to enjoy!

One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have a TV as well. The kitchen has everything you need to make dinner at home or grab something from a local restaurant and enjoy it at the dining room table or out back. This beautifully renovated house has modern conveniences and historic charm. Located on a quiet side street in central Kirksville, it is within walking distance of a grocery store, drugstore, playground, and Truman University. All full size kitchen appliances, Later it was used for a rental , so the washer , dryer and shower were added, which explains why they aren’t in the usual placement As this is beside HWY 36 , it’s an easy off and on. Close to town ( 1 1/2 miles to Walmart) .

Wonderful open floor plan to host a family or just a comfortable place to stay.
