Davor steht noch ein überdachter Außensitzplatz zur Verfügung. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig und zweckmäßig. Ihr könnt über einen separaten Eingang den Wohnraum mit Ecksofa und TV und kleiner Küche, den Schlafraum (Bett 1,80m x 2,00m) und das Bad mit Dusche, Waschtisch und WC erreichen.

Ein Landgasthof mit schönem Biergarten befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Die gute Lage lädt auch ein, Regensburg und den Künstlerort Kallmünz zu besuchen.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.
