Renta de lofts vacacionales en Lisboa

Hôte très attentionné et soucieux du bien-être de ses invités (un message tous les matins). L'appartement en lui-même était très bien, convenait à notre situation et était meme mieux que sur les photos ! Le lieu est paisible et Ricardo nous a donné plein de bons conseils et de recommandations de restaurants, d'activités et de magasins aux alentours. Nous le conseillons pour sûr. Belle découverte de Lisbonne grâce au logement de Ricardo.

João’a place is absolutely as advertised. We rented for a month and could stay all year. The view is better than anywhere in town. Perfect location if you like to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Walkable to many beaches. Amenities were great. Not a single thing to complain about. Thanks João, we’ll be back!

This place is in a prime location & exactly as described. You definitely do not need a car, as most everything is walking distance. The street it is on is very lively at night, but you barely hear it from inside the apartment which is a perfect. My uber from the airport could not drop me on the actual street the Airbnb is on because cars are not allowed, but it gets close enough to not be a problem, even with a large suitcase. Loved the stay, would recommend for a couple or solo traveler.

Great place in Lisbon! Right near tons of food options (both local and tourist focused) and great walkable location. Its setback from the main busy street so very nice to come back to after exploring the city.

It was lovely to meet Judite when she warmly welcomed me at the Airbnb. She and Sara had kindly left fruit, croissants, milk and an array of teas and coffees in the kitchenette which was well equipped and spotless as was the shower room. There was always lots of hot water. The bed was very comfortable and the area was very quiet at night for a good night’s sleep. I enjoyed breakfast on the terrace and sometimes at the table in the room. It was very near the supermarket and a cafe and a short walk to the beach. The train station was also within walking distance. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

If you like a charming old department in the old quarter of Lisbon, Paul is absolutely amazing. Loved the view and how close it was to restaurants and other things it gives you the real Alfama experience. Paula was super responsive and I had no trouble checking out super late in the night.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement d'Anna+Ricardo ! Anna est d'une grande grande amabilité et a su nous donner de bons conseils touristiques + restaurants. Les instructions pour accéder au logement était très claires et l'appartement était idéalement situé, très propre et la literie très agréable. La terrasse est un vrai plus ! Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu en profiter avec la pluie mais ça aurait été super d'y manger. Les seuls petits points négatifs pour nous seraient que le logement n'est pas très lumineux étant donné qu'il est au rez-de-chaussée et qu'il manque un peu de rangement pour les affaires si vous restez plusieurs nuits. Mais sinon, le logement d'Anna était vraiment super ! Merci encore et à bientôt !

Stayed 2 nights in the apartment which is very well located, near bus stops (7min walk) and near the train/metro station (8min walk) so can easily get to all the main sights either walking or on transport. It's tucked away in the narrow streets, so no cars and little noise at night which is great. Sandra replied quickly also, was kind and helpful and gave clear instructions on how to get to the airport. Self check in was very easy. Apartment is cosy/small. Definitely no more than 3 people max, but is great for a weekend stop. Shower worked well and was hot, I didn't cook but kitchen looked fully stocked. Very thing was clean and things like soap, shampoo, coffee and tea were provided which was kind. Plenty of restaurants and small grocery stores 2mins away and very more within 10min walk. The apartment is on a slight hill and it's top floor with no lift, so keep in mind. Would definitely recommend for a city stay.

Wunderbare und authentische Gastgeber, ein großes Dankeschön an Isabel und Luis! Ein herzlicher Empfang trotz unsere Flugverspätung. Gute Einweisung in ihrem Loft, allerlei nützliche Tipps zur Umgebung und Besichtigungen rund um Parede. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer. Infomappe gut gestaltet vorhanden, Busverbindungen usw. Ein Parkplatz ist immer zu finden, zum Bahnhof Parede sind wir 10 Minuten gelaufen. Gut sortierter Supermarkt direkt über einen Parkplatzbereich erreichbar, 2 Minuten. Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Sichere und ruhige Umgebung. Ein sehr schöner Strand ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ansonsten kostenfreies parken in den Nebenstraßen! Direkt am Strand und im Distrikt Lissabon wird kostenpflichtig strikt und schnell abgeschleppt - inkl. Parkkralle. Aber für uns kein Problem. Ebenso zu empfehlen Cascais und Guincho Strand. Natürlich Belem, Cascais und Lissabon mit der CP Bahnlinie. Wir können die Loftwohnung nur weiter empfehlen!

Our stay was great. Convenient location and easy to access. Also plenty of space. The only thing that was a challenge for us was the neighbors above us. They were incredibly loud walkers and were very loud the first night we were there so not the best sleep. We didn’t know if it was a small kid running around or if it was someone that lived there above them. Other than that we enjoyed it.

If you’re thinking about staying in Lisbon, this place was so good. First off, location? You’re basically right next to the historical center. Super easy to hit all the spots: 25th of April Bridge, LX Factory, Belém Tower, Jerónimos Monastery — everything is like a quick ride or even a chill walk away. Downtown? Only about 30 minutes on foot, and honestly, the walk is beautiful. Now the apartment itself — seriously, it’s a vibe. It’s a modern loft setup, everything is super clean, stylish, and updated. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy bed, great shower, cozy living space — perfect if you’re working remotely or just vibing after a day out. The host was really easy to communicate with, too, no stress at all. Would 100% stay here again!

I stayed at Nuno’s apartment for a year while I went through the D7 visa process. Nuno was an amazing host. He prepared the apartment before my arrival and was waiting for me when my taxi dropped me off. I brought my small dog from the US and we both felt at home throughout our entire stay. It’s literally a three minute walk to the beach. Three minute walk to the train station. Easy walking to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and other conveniences. Nuno’s apartment is charming and has all the necessities to be comfortable for long stays. The only two challenges I experienced while living there for a year were the dogs that live behind the apartment building that bark most nights. It isn’t that bad with the windows and doors closed but it’s annoying when they are open. The second issue is how hot and stuffy it gets inside the apartment. Nuno bought a large portable a/c but even with that it is pretty hot during the summer months. Overall I highly recommend staying here! 5 stars!

Si volviera a Lisboa escogería este alojamiento sin duda. Fundamental el garaje con el que cuenta, es fantástico y te permite despreocuparte del coche y tenerlo en sitio seguro. La zona es excelente, con bares donde comer muy ricos, con ambiente y sin ruidos molestos. Igualmente, cuenta con tiendas ideales, como una tetería llena de detalles; tiendas de ropa hecha en Lisboa; tienda de arte; un supermercado al lado; etc. Además, pilla a escasos 15 minutos de las zonas más concurridas y céntricas, tanto hacia un lado como a otro. Por último, sí que es cierto que las almohadas son muy finas, y eso hace un poco incómodo el descanso, pero no tiene importancia comparado con todo lo bueno que tiene. Ha sido un placer alojarnos aquí. Muchas gracias a Isabel que siempre estuvo atenta y, además, detallista.

Appartement proche de la station de métro dans un quartier très calme. Très bien tenu, bonne literie et très vivant dans son jus. Paolo est un hôte parfait.

Un apartamento en Alfama muy lindo, bien cuidado y con una hermosa vista al río. Matti fue muy amable, y el vecino del primer piso también. Linda zona con buenos restaurantes y a 20 minutos caminando de zonas más céntricas.
