We had a perfect vacation in Rui’s place. Cozy, beautiful and suitable for families. So close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment is big and comfortable and the balcony is a jam:)

Bon pied à terre pour visiter Lisbonne. Tous les transports en commun (métro, tramway, bus) se trouvent à proximité. Le centre est également accessible à pied. Par ailleurs, après l’ascension de quelques escaliers (15 minutes), il y a un joli point de vue sur la ville. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé. La literie est confortable. Il est situé en rez-de-chaussée dans une petite ruelle relativement calme. Nous avons également apprécié la petite attention d’Ângela à notre arrivée.

We had a fantastic week here with our family (2 adults and 1 child) and would love to come back! The house is perfectly located — just 45 minutes from the airport and close to beaches, cafés, and restaurants. Everything you need is nearby for a relaxing stay. The open-plan layout over three floors is great for families, though privacy is limited with beds on separate mezzanines. It added to the cozy atmosphere for us! If you’re coming outside of summer, be sure to bring a warm sweater. Highly recommend for a fun and memorable getaway!

Very attractive village house in a lovely spot and with the most wonderful terrace with a distant sea view over the woods and local white walls, tiled rooves, and gorgeous deep pink blossoms. Shady in the morning and sunny in the early evening - perfect for sunsets too. We walked through the woods to wonderful local beaches and also easily caught buses to Sintra. Nice and cool in the house, quiet due to being off the main road through the village, and easy walking to the supermarket and other village ammenities.

Ce petit appartement est très agréable. Les bus pour la gare de Cascais à quelques pas, possibilité d'aller à Lisbonne par le train. Arminda est très disponible, à l'écoute, répond à nos interrogations, toujours souriante, une perle ! Nous la remercions chaleureusement pour ce séjour.

Me and my dog had a wonderful week at the house. The host lives next door and the whole family were always very helpful and super friendly and really made us feel welcome. The terrace is wonderful and I could sit and work in the shadow during the days. Also perfect for a nice BBQ! Recommending!

Unique stay, beautifully decorated apartment, well kept and equipped, super clean. Madalena was very friendly, proactive and a joy to communicate with. Great location, easy bus ride to surrounding tourist attractions. Visit the nice park - mata municipal do bomarral. Highly recommend!!

Claudia’s place is great to spend a few days in Sintra and walk around. Things to note: - Sintra gets really busy between 8am-8pm (when touristic buses arrive/leave) - most of restaurants in old town are very touristy (to be kept in mind if you’re looking for traditional Portuguese food. We recommend Restaurante Regional de Sintra, about 15 min walk) - closest supermarket is Pingo Doce around 25min walk. Very close you have Mini Market (to avoid, as you pay for the beers nearly as much as you pay in the bar! But you also have a local small shop with souvenirs and some groceries at a reasonable price (milk, beer, ham, biscuits, crisps…) right in front of Starbucks (5 min away from the flat) If you’re driving, please note that there are some places where you can park paying in street about 15€/day, but also can find parking spaces where parking is totally free (R. visc. de Monserrate) about 5 min away. Great location to walk to most beautiful places in Sintra!

hemos pasado una semana en la casa de Alexandra y todo ha ido perfecto. la casa es grande y tiene todo lo necesario. Estaba muy limpia y con todo prácticamente nuevo. la zona exterior de la casa es maravillosa porque tiene una parte de jardín, otra con una mesa de piedra y otra con una barbacoa. Nos lo hemos pasado muy bien porque es una zona muy bonita. Con Ericeria y Mafra a diez minutos y varias playas muy cerca... a cinco minutos la de san Juliao desde donde las puestas de sol son preciosas. Todo excelente. volveremos si pasamos otra vez por esa parte de Portugal!

Nice appartment. Close to everything right in the center of town and walking distance to the beach. Very clean. Very responsive host. We liked everything about it.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung. Alles war wie beschrieben. Adosinda ist sehr freundlich und hat auf Nachrichten sofort reagiert. In der Umgebung sind etliche schöne Strände und die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig.

Great place, will come back again! The big thing for us was having place to park our car and the apartment comes with dedicated parking spot! Has everything you need and even more!

It is a very good place in a very good part of Lisbon with a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Would recommend for sure.

This is easily one of the best stays we’ve had anywhere. The apartment is awesome, large, and despite being in the middle of Lisbon, still felt very private. The Residentas team went above and beyond as well: we were here for our wedding, and they greeted us with champagne and wedding-themed goodies. When we left, we were caught up in a country-wide power outage and our flight was canceled. I was able to contact residents and they quickly rebooked us for two more nights. Every step of the way they were welcoming, kind, helpful, and the property itself is amazing. You will not be disappointed staying here and we cannot wait until our next stay!

We really appreciate the efforts of this host to make our stay memorable and comfortable. The apartment was even larger than expected and very quiet, despite the central location. The bed was very comfortable, and the space was better outfitted than anywhere else we stayed in Spain. The space was super clean, which is imported to us. We told them it was our honeymoon and they acknowledged this with a sweet gesture of surprise champagne. On our last night. That meant a lot to us. We would recommend this host and location to anyone visiting Lisbon!

What an amazing spot. Quiet, elegant, regal, comfortable. The view from every window took my breathe away! The amenities, including laundry were exceptional! I had to have a late checkout and the hosts were patient and understanding. I can only hope to stay here again in my lifetime. Perfection!

Lovely apartment in a good location! Alexandre was a wonderful host and took the time to explain how everything worked and gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the area. The welcome gifts and fresh fruit were also very much appreciated.

Absolutely stunning building and the apartment is so lovely. Beautifully furnished with the charm of the buildings character. We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we walked in the door with all the little extra touches and we felt at home in the apartment. It is in a great location very central and easy to get to from the metro. Will happily stay again next time we visit Lisbon.
