Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

The house was great! Pool was clean ……. Perfect to enjoy a week at the the Final Four!

We had a wonderful stay with the family, kids loved the pool and the playground area kept them busy most of the time ! very clean and perfect for a getaway! close to amenities and only 10 minutes from the airport, lots of beaches and things to do nearby. The host was very friendly, quickly responsive and inviting, we felt right at home. I definitely recommend this stay, We will be back.!

The house was absolutely gorgeous. It was just the right amount of space for my wife and I. The pool was great and the gas grill was super easy to use for some quick steaks. Communication was top tier. 10/10 They made sure if we needed anything we can contact them. Response time was phenomenal. The instructions for everything were clear and concise even with some reminders on certain days (trash pick up etc). Location is great. There’s a park nearby with a nice bay view and some good local eats. We hope to come back again next year. Great hosts.

The house was amazing! Very clean and a perfect location. A quiet neighborhood but not too far from anything. Communication with Mark was great and he was a great help with everything we needed. We will definitely be back should we find ourselves in Tampa again!

Awesome place to stay, super clean, nicely decorated and well laid out. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the Tampa area.

Captain’s place suited our needs. The location worked well with easy access to shops, and restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable with comfortable furniture. A heads up that Captain does not provide any bath soap, shampoo or conditioner. The sheets are nice, 100% cotton, towels are good quality and plentiful. The kitchen is moderately well stocked for preparing meals. The air conditioner worked well. The outdoor spaces are sparsely furnished and not particularly welcoming. There are two large food trucks parked adjacent to the back yard and there was one chair on the deck outside the master bedroom. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The Strawberry Guesthouse was clean and very charming. The property is serene and beautifully decorated. As a host, Joseph is attentive and effortless to coordinate with. I must schedule a longer reservation next time! I will be back!

We had a great stay! Home was pretty & spacious & very clean. She had pretty much everything needed! Checkin was easy! Neighborhood was quiet & safe. 10/10 def recommend

Cute and unique place! Very cozy and quiet. We were very pleased with our stay. The only thing that wasn’t ideal was there is no central AC, so it got a little warm inside during the day at times. But overall it was just what we were expecting. Courtney was very helpful with everything.

I would definitely stay here again quite little area close to everything and cozy didn’t wanna leave would definitely stay again

Upon arrival at the designated location, we discovered that all items were situated in their proper places. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and it was well-equipped with everything we required throughout our stay. Ross demonstrated exceptional hosting skills and maintained consistent communication.

We definitely recommend staying here!It's a beautiful apartment in what seems like a nice neighborhood. We were there for 5 days and the neighbors were quiet and the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. The swimming pool was fantastic, great yard for the kids to play in, pool table was fun to have.

Edgar was extremely responsive. The home was perfect for staying for the weekend. The only complaint was that the stairs could have been mopped and there was a dirty dish towel. But other than that, the home was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

Mary's home felt very warm and cozy, and very spacious. I loved that our car was secure as the yard was gated. The yard is also very lovely for relaxing. There are tons of restaurants nearby, as well as a Publix and Whole Foods.

Dawn was great to work with, prompt to respond, and was extremely thoughtful. The house was perfect for our needs and was very well stocked with all the essentials. Overall, a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay, we used the pool and hot tub. It worked out great. Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy yourself when you’re not out doing. All the dishes and pans were easily found to cook at the house, that was excellent for us

Had a wonderful stay at Angie's place. Very clean and well stocked with everything. Pool and Backyard facing the lake was fantastic. Would recommend and would absolutely stay again. Angie was a great host.
