The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Zcela nově zrekonstruovaný apartmán se nachází v historickém památkově chráněném gotickém domě ze 14. století v samotném historickém centru Litoměřic. Osobitost apartmánu podtrhují původní klenby a designový interiér. V blízkém okolí naleznete restaurace, kavárny i obchod s potravinami (30m). Auto lze zaparkovat na placeném parkovišti přímo u apartmánu, dlouhodobější stání doporučujeme u autobusového a vlakového nádraží (500 m) za 10 Kč na den.

This flat is situated near the center of Decin - just 1.2km from the train station and only 700m from the main square, 200m under the gorgeous view - Pastyrska stena with a popular Via ferrata. K dispozici 2 apartmány o celkovém počtu 5 lůžek (možno rozšířit kapacitu na 10 osob) Oba apartmány jsou po celkové rekonstrukci- vybaveny stylovým dřevěným nábytkem. Mají vlastní koupelnu, WC a plně vybavenou kuchyň. V každém apartmánu je TV a trezor. Oba apartmány mají společenskou místnost. V pokojích i ve společenské místnosti je kouření zakázáno.

Frühling in unserer Ferienwohnung im Erzgebirge

In der Ferienwohnung können bis zu vier Personen ihren erholsamen Urlaub genießen. Sie ist ca. 32 qm groß und beinhaltet einen Wohn-/ Schlafraum mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC, eine kleine Küche sowie einen weiteren Schlafraum (ideal auch für ein bis zwei Kinder). Gegen einen Aufpreis von 12,00 € p.P. kann ein leckeres Frühstück serviert werden.
